Scheduled a passport appointment for today, and arrived on time for the appointment (5 minutes early), only to be told that they can't do it. There were two people behind the counter, and zero customers. When we walked in saying that we were here for our passport appointment, the man asked the woman behind the counter: "do you want to take this one?" and she answered "no". The man then said he didn't have passport training to take our passport photos, so we'll have to come back another day. I told him that I don't understand, we made an appointment. He said he'd go check if he has "clearance" and disappeared in the back. He came back out shortly to say that he doesn't have clearance, and the person who was supposed to do our appointment called in today. The meanwhile, one single customer came in whom the woman behind the counter started to help. I asked the man if the woman behind the counter could help us, thinking that if she's trained to take the passport photo, we'll wait. He called over: "are you passport trained?" to which she uttered another "no" with anything else. She did not acknowledge us in any way. From her first "no", it was clear that she didn't want to bother with us. She offered no words to us, didn't bother looking at us. The man said he's sorry that he can't help. This whole experience was unbelievably unprofessional. Not to mention that we lost another day in starting the passport process.

Only one person working the day after a holiday weekend so the lines are long. Decided to use the kiosk because I was in a rush but the kiosk pushes Ground Advantage and not First Class so I over paid for shipping.

Today is Tuesday 12/12/23. It was approximately 11:13 am. Outstanding customer service. I wanted to say I witnessed an employee (guy who does passports), help an elderly woman with mailing her packages. She had picked a box too small and one of her Christmas presents was to the side and she said "don't worry, she will mail it another time". The employee asked for her permission to look in the box and said he thinks he could get a box that would fit everything. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and taking the initiative to get the right box for her packages. I told him as I was leaving "outstanding customer service"

Rude and disrespectful staff. No manner and not professional Staff. You ask them questions and they reply with I don’t know. Sorry I can’t do anything. A lady working usually on Tuesdays morning . Get paid for doing nothing and the price they charge you is ridiculous. 1 start is too good for this place. I posted a letter to Canada and it’s been a month and still hasn’t arrived there. Absolutely Shocking!

This location offers passport walk in hours from 12 PM to 1 PM. I arrived during those ours and was not able to get service. Was told there were people ahead of me and I could’t be helped. Why offer walk in hours but don’t adhere to it? Don’t offer a service that you can not accommodate.Please do better
