Packages come. They don't notify you when they're here. They don't follow simple instructions left on notes for delivery. No text or automated message that a package/driver is at the door. Drivers don't call either even though phone number is literally given by notes and the shipper themselves. Facility is closed on the weekend so can't even make the 3 mile trip to pick up the package. Packages get delayed over the weekend for 2 additional days because of this, for simple incompetence of workers, delaying my own business progress. Its 2024, its not hard to ping someones phone in a text or a quick 15 second phone call especially when all the information needed is provided. Amazon prime has no issue calling or notifying. Even swinging back if you need 15mins. I live legit 5mins from my studio where i work at the driver could've notified and then waited or did 1 other stop and swung back after or even at end of route. Bad service overall. Over multiple different times getting packages with ups from this facility.

I have a package being delivered I have the tracking # but it's the wrong address they won't let me talk to a representative so now .my package $1000+ is gonna be delivered to the wrong address i have called several time to keep getting hung up on

If I could give a zero I would. I had a package delivery attempt sent to my home 3 times, I was out of town. I immediatley called UPS and was told I would have 3 business days to pickup. I called on Monday to do my pickup and after 2 hours I trying to determine where my package was, online it stated out for delivery. I found out it is in Pennsylvania and going back to Italy. They will not send back to Buffalo for me to pick up. I even stated I would pay for additional shipping. So my 500$ shipment is headed back to Italy, they told me to contact the sender to fix my problem. NEVER use UPS, FedEx is so much better and I have never had a problem with international shipment with FedEx. All the UPS supervisor stated was I cant help you, you need to contact the sender, and I am sorry.Bye-bye UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told my package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. They said they attempted to deliver but I was home and got no knock on my door or notice that they were there. The tracking didn’t even tell me they were coming. The next day the package was supposed to be delivered at 2:50 but I was not home and still no notice but thae tracking updated to tell me this was the second attempt. So I called because I was confused and it took me 6 calls to actually talk to a person who told me that my package would be delivered today and they gave me a number to call if it’s not delivered by now. It’s now and I called, no answer. Not even an option to leave a voicemail. I called customer service again because it’s getting late and the representative tells me that my package is not coming till Monday when I will not be home. They told me to sign up for the my choice thing and change the time of delivery but I don’t even see an option for that and I’m starting to loose hope that I will get my package because if they can’t deliver it Monday which they won’t because I won’t be home then it will be sent back to the sender and I will probably not get my package or the $119 I spent on it if the package doesn’t come. I truly don’t want anything sent by ups again.

I was scammed online and they helped me prove that there was no package sent to me. They were extremely helpful and friendly, being proactive and giving me what I needed. Haven't had a good experience like that in a while

i ordered something from texas and it stopped here and says it would be delivered the 2nd and now it’s been saying it’s at “exception” the carrier you guys won’t give me my package and ship it to my location

Ups is absolutely a disaster. It's the time of the year for "porch pirates" and I have a sign on my door that says ring bell for all packages and today my package was on the porch the mailman had to tell me it was there. Thankfully! Why are your drivers so lazy to hit a doorbell. I live right on Bailey and people walk by all the time and can take my stuff. Why can't they read the sign to ring the bell. I live in a horrible area and then the news says prevention of theft is important but why can't the drivers help by ringing a doorbell!? Shame on you ups! If it's up to me to prevent theft.. If I don't know it is there when I am always home how can I prevent it. Maybe you should teach your drivers some prevention too by ringing a doorbell and stop being so damn lazy!

On Monday 11/6 I was expecting a next day delivery so i was supposed to get that delivery 11/7 from UPS. I track the package it comes back withWe’re sorry this package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination.You would think it would have a delivery date by now. It's been saying this since Monday.

UPS Buffalo is the absolute worst, and most incompetent and unhelpful logistics and shipping hub I have ever done business with. Their ability to delivery results is in complete shambles and they seem to be unable to perform any task in a reliable and timely fashion, with an orientation to baseline customer service standards. I strongly suggest finding another company to do business with if you need a package delivered within an honest and reasonable time frame.If you are having trouble connecting to a live person via customer service line, make sure to say "Returning Call" when the automated prompt asks for your reason for calling and you will be connected to a live representative without further automated prompts. Go ahead and feel free to give these guys a piece of your mind and let them know that the level of service you have experienced is unacceptable. It's the only way they will be held to account and forced to change for the better of the customer service experience. Terrible customer service, possibly the worst I have ever encountered.

Had very weird experience with UPS delivery, I hope that follow up and quality control to be implemented and ensure customer request and issues to be addressed in a better way.

I tried online and over the phone MULTIPLE times to try to send a request to pick up my package so I would get it on time because of delays, the instructions are NOT clear what so ever and I could not get through on the phone to a real person to situate this out. I’m extremely upset and unhappy with the service from UPS and will now have to go without my items that I specifically ordered for an upcoming trip that I am now leaving for tomorrow. Don’t waste your time with UPS.

If you want to send something and never have it make it here make sure it hits UPS in Buffalo. Told Thursdays deliver. Didn’t move for 2 days. Then showed up Damaged on Friday. Then say all weekend. Then on Monday it was marked out for delivery. Driver lied and marked package attempted delivery. Then Tuesday it gets “sorted” to a different facility. Customer service was no help.
