Had to use this UPS facility due to high value return requiring insurance and signature upon arrival. Excellent service, but location even with GPS difficult to find. Location is not the greatest area.

I was scammed online and they helped me prove that there was no package sent to me. They were extremely helpful and friendly, being proactive and giving me what I needed. Haven't had a good experience like that in a while
