I am trying to call the store to have my inquiry answered but the man reading the menu options is broken. I’m selecting one and he’s still speak and repeating the menu after I’ve selected the appropriate option. Please hurry up and fix this so I can call with my question.

Visit this location to drop off a package fromVerizon, sadly the employee stole it, package never arrived and verizon is charging me $1500 dolars for the device. That UPS “ lost” !!! I got a receipt , for 3 months tracking it’s saying ON THE WAY BUT NO LOCATIONS OR NOTHING !!!

The people working there were extremely kind and helpful. She answered all the questions that I had and assisted me in emailing my shipping ladles to be printed. Her attitude was also extremely positive, helpful, and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed going to the location and service was 100/10.

I’ve been going to pick up forwarded packages from this store for many years. Unfortunately Walmart sent one delivery in 15 different boxes, despite all small and light items fitting into one box. This is where my 10 dollar expense at this pickup location became 150 (I picked up next day from delivery date). This is also where businesses can use their discretion to keep customers. I will say the owner offered to knock off a few dollars and then said I should take it up with Walmart. They lost a long time customer with decision making on this.

Rakeem is responsible for our deliveries on Elmwood. He always goes above and beyond making multiple attempts to get our orders to our medical practice. Cannot say enough nice things about him. Also the man at the UPS store on Delaware by Hertel Ave has provided awesome customer service for the outgoing packages I’ve brought. Thank you again, Rakeem!

If your driver's could actually attempt to deliver the package that would be awesome. Never got a phone call for a Saturday delivery and was waiting. Now I have to wait until the store opens. I don't understand why Amazon and FedEx can make deliveries just fine and you guys can't.

Went in to return a package the first time, didn't have a shipping label printed and an older lady steered me away from the desk saying "you need to have a label printed for return" when last I went in I was offered a print for charge. Came back with my wife after realizing she could have offered me a print. The lady began to give me attitude. Saying "how did I know he didn't have a printer back at home? How am I suppose to know? Huh?" Giving us completely rude service. Manager came around and also gave us issue after trying to ask the question to him, he took his co workers side. Good on him granted he acted ruder then her. Saying "I'll have you removed if you keep giving me attitude". How...and or why did I get attitude? We are a young couple and they both thought they could down talk to my wife as they pleased because they're old enough to be our grandparents.

The store profits off of using UPS, and being affiliated. When problems arise, and you question codes of ethics, the owner of the store, states the difference, that they are a franchise and not actually UPS. BUT, "The UPS Store". When I questioned the owner about ridiculous late fees, when you pay for a monthly box, she stated that she has to pay her employees.GREAT! You pay your employees through extortion money.0 out of 10, would not recommend or do business with them again.
