This store is literally the best in the area and possibly the country! They were incredibly helpful with my cross country move! I would give each employee 10 stars if I could! Thank you for being so helpful, professional and always kind no matter how busy you were!

The employees do a commendable job with the steady flow of scAmazon returns. That being said, ALWAYS get a receipt for an Amazon return before you walk out the door. When Amazon claims that they didn't receive the returned item it will make follow-up with the plodding behemoth of a company that is slowly taking over the world much easier.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a package ship next day air and it never made it. I ask them before I shipped it and was told by them it will make it. I asked this question because we had a strom three days before and I wanted to make sure there was going to be no issues. I called the store for a partial refund and they told me UPS corporate said they denied the claim due to weather. But when I called UPS corporate they said I can get a partial refund, so I called the store one more time and they hung up on me....crazy right..so I called back and the employee said that they were told my the owner not to talk to me .... which I have called about five times before and was never rude or out of line and every time I called I got the run around from them....VERY POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!
