All the employees at this store are really amazing and have great customer service the manager Nicole is one of the best people there as she’s always very hands on and is dealing with the customers and making sure everything is handled. I feel like some of the customers don’t understand the pressure that comes with job and thinks it’s just so easy when in reality Nicole and everyone else there has to deal with a lot. I won’t be going to any other ips store but here!

Horrible customer service. I was returning a package that Amazon sent that was damaged. The return stated I needed to return it in the original box. Nicole, the manager, said she wouldn’t accept the box. I asked if she had a box in recycling that I could use as I had shoulder surgery and it was hard to transport this box back and forth to my house since I didn’t have my wallet to buy one. Angrily and extremely rudely, She said she threw them all out and won’t get me one. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she is the manager. I asked for her managers name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for the tracking receipt of my first package they checked in and she wouldn’t give it to me either. So I have no way of knowing if my package will make it back to ups or if she threw it out- I won’t get the credit for it.

Store clerk Kyle was absolutely amazing. Kind, compassionate, and understanding towards his clientele. I have not had a better experience at a UPS location and I will definitely back simply because of the stellar customer service I was provided today. Thanks Kyle! ?

Truly the worst UPS store that I have ever dealt with - they have now lost a grand total of FOUR returns I dropped off at the store - said there was nothing they could do and I needed to contact UPS customer support and file a claim and that the "package wasn't lost at the store" - how is it that I drop off returns AT THE STORE (from various vendors - Amazon, Shein) and they magically get lost after being dropped off. UPS Customer Support was also not helpful and did not reimburse me and asked me to contact the vendor for the lost items. Thankfully, I was able to contact the vendors who were thoughtful enough to reimburse me. Never coming back here!

Warning to all future costumers, on 10/11 I came to the store to return a pair of shoes with a value of 163.00 I print the label and brought the shoes in the original package at 2:04 came to the store and a male associate took the package and proceed to give me a return drop off label receipt. Well the shoes never got to the destination shows the label was created which I did but nothing else was process. The associate New was shoes I ask should I take the old label off and put the new one he said don’t worrie I will take care of it.Well apparently he never did, he also gave me a return label drop off receipt that wasn’t from my return but someone else. I came to the store to look for answers and they pretty much say they can do anything, I call ups costumer service and they said the same, I came back to the store and notice right at that register is a camara ask the lady can you check the recording of 10/11 at 2:04 and she said she was going to and call me back but she never did. Maybe the package was send to the wrong place or maybe someone decide they deserved a free pair of shoes.Moral of the story make sure the box is seal and label in front of you and the receipt match your label return tracking number otherwise you will be a victim of theft.

Went to drop of a package 30 minutes before closing. The employees were inside but the doors were locked and they ignored me. I went back to my car and called to see if they were closed. They said they were closed and when I mentioned that google listed them as opened they yelled into three phone boo to tell them how to do their job. Very Jerry Springer style. It was very unprofessional and unnecessary.So all that to say - this location is okay as long as the employees don't decide to close the store early on Saturday so they can do their own thing.

We had a great experience with the employee who helped us. They made sure our things were going to be delivered on time and gave us discounts to help with the cost.

Rosalie and Nicole and Taylor are always amazing when I come in hereCame in Saturday at 3:55 and Rosalie was so attentive and made sure to help me and even fixed my cellphone I watched her help people who came in after 4 and didn’t complain once this store has great employees

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Nicole and Taylor at this UPS store. Every time I go in there, they greet me with a smile and are always willing to help me with whatever I need. Their positive attitudes and friendly demeanors have made my daily visits to this ups store exceptional.P.s.Great team work + great Attitude here

The Branch operator said they have option for new born baby passport size photo. Come and we shall take the photo but after 30 minutes of call when we went there, they just said that sorry we have some technical issue so we can’t do that.Such a stupid service.

Brought a package to be delivered. They lost it and said they'd give me a $100 refund in my account in 5-6 weeks. It's been nearly 10 weeks with no refund. Went in to ask about it and the manager wouldn't even talk to me they just gave me a phone number to call and said they can't do anything (even though they're the ones who "helped" me previously claiming I'd get a refund). The number they gave me was the wrong UPS number so they had to transfer me to the correct one. After talking to the correct one they don't seem to have any record of this. Absolutely abhorrent customer service.
