When I come to the Ups store to return something I’ve never had a problem and there always nice and very understanding. Everyone is polite and is knowledgeable of what to do. Today I had a store taker named Nicole do a return for me it was quick and easy and she was nice and understood what to do.

I originally went to the UPS store on Elmwood, and they told me they didn’t have any plastic envelopes for my needs. This store on Delaware/Hertel, not only had envelopes, but a choice of plastic envelopes. They then gave me some for my future needs, so that I didn’t have to go without. Manager and associate were phenomenal, all before 9:00 AM. KUDOS!

They say they close at 7pm I tried to walk in and it's locked already they (employees) both were standing there literally less than 5 ft from me and gesturing the time with their wrist, at me .. you aren't even open and it's not 7pm they couldn't have opened the door? I had a QR code so nothing needed to be done but customer service has really gone downhill .

Very fast service, literally in and out in moments.
Friendly and they do a long list of services now. Like make flyers, ship items, sell tape & boxes. Collect your mail.

The staff was so friendly! I went in with a return, and they helped me package it up. They were very helpful, they made it easy for me while also being nice and conversing on top of it. Would absolutely recommend this location.

I'm there practically everyday returning something. They all have very good attitudes. Great personalities and very informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're the best one and 2316 Delaware avenue in Buffalo, New York. 14216 that's why I'm taking my time to fill out the survey. They're well worth it. Thank you

No Notary except for UB North Campus. The employee I spoke to said that no one could pass the test so they don’t have one.
