Based in UK and postage was reasonable and quick. However I have emailed and messaged via Facebook as the pup tent I bought is not what I would call good used condition. I have never recieved a reply so am left with a usable but pretty shabby tent and wondering what might have been. Sadly for thus reason I cannot recommend or will purchase again.

They are NOT open on Sunday. When I went, they were having staffing issues. The employee was very new and said they were closing early due to staffing. We drove an hour to get there so we shopped until regular closing time.

Drove an hour to get here and they were closed even though Google says they open at 12p updated by business 2 weeks ago. The open sign is lit in the window to make it worse. What kind of Kracker Jack business is this?? Pathetic they would familiarize themselves with the military.

I spent about an hour and half today filling two very large bags of older field gear. Great customer service and friendly staff at the store. There are no other stores like this left in the US! As a vintage militaria collector, I’d love to learn what’s in the giant warehouse!

Bought a surplus pack and understood it could have some wear being used. What I didn't expect is a pack with scribble all over it. It looks like you gave it to a 5 yr. old with a box of ink pens. It's totally covered in scribble, useless. If I get a positive response I'll amend my review but how someone could even send this out is ridiculous.
I have been contacted and told to stand by. I guess this will be an ongoing review.
Well Betsy from Camolots came thru. She sent me another pack and it is a nice one. I will say that they have proven to be a reputable company that has good customer service.

My concern is that, after having a issue with your counter workers, nothing yet seems to have been done. They still work there, race hating themselves and your customers and acting like they are superior. I don't know if it's in your best intrest to employ welfare to work recipients or just anyone who can fill out an application at this point but...Bad Choice! Maybe you should ask your indignant associated to pay your bills at that store considering it's because of them you lost money and you will continue to lose in the future with their continued employment at your store.

Spent $60 on a mystery crate that was supposed to arrive January 10th. Ended up being the 29th by the time I recieved it. Once I got it was super underwhelmed with the contents inside the mystery bag. Ordered different mystery bags from two separate websites and they blew camolots out the water. They warn you that the mystery bags can contain anything but was hoping for at least my moneys worth. Especially when it came nearly 20 days late.

I ordered a used hood for my M65 jacket. The condition is perfect. But I paid twice: once when I made my ordre, second when my package arrived at my door. There was no mention of the second fees when I ordered. I paid to get my stuff at my door, hoping to fix this with the store, and I sended an email with the receip and explaining the situation, and since then, this is silence from them. I don’t recommend this store. I should have listened to the reviews…
