There eSIM doesn't work. I purchased a 10GB eSIM to use in Mexico but it didn't work. Waste of USD$32. You can better deals for much cheaper.

My friend had a Micro Sim for Ultra, but needed a Nano Sim. They helped cut it out into a Nano Sim for free. Very friendly and generous.

Great customer service. The workers are funny and very helpful. They try to take care of every customer and make sure they are satisfied. They have everything you need for your cellphones, car stereos etc... The best place to take your phone, laptop, or tablet for repair. I love this place and would recommend it to all my friends and family memmbers.
