Don't go in through the M&T Bank entrance like another review recommended. The little warehouses on Clinton St have a big easy turn and there's nothing in the way if you need to jump the curb (you won't need to). I got loaded really fast and the dock workers were really nice. Also there's a comedian on the CB somewhere nearby.

They are not the friendliest people but loading took about 2 hours. So about average. Very picky on trailer so make sure your trailer is clean and dry. Otherwise they will not load you. Pull to the back make a u-turn and come back and park across from bay doors 6&7 make sure you have all of your information. Pickup number, customer you are delivery to, location city and state, license plate number for truck, and last your trailer number. Make sure you slide your tandems and chock your tires

They only get 2 stars because of the older gentleman who checks you in at Shipping and Receiving. Great fella. Other than that, the workers loading you act hostile and tuff. Calm down princess, nobody is here to test your masculinity. I’m here to get my truck loaded and go on about my business. Leave your ego at home and do your job.

Nice people. Reasonable wait time. Giant potholes! Overnight parking available. Some docks a bit tight together, and no lines or dock lights, but manageable.

One of the first arrived in the evening, I was here alone, and in the morning many trucks arrived. They take everyone except me. Not a good-natured man who took the documents and told to wait in the traffic. This company will take your time and cancel your plans. I'm still here, my nerves are with this company

Aware ? ,First they said you put on door ,then they put some extra pallets in your trailer ,Then they said move to another dock bcz they want to take out their stuff,They want you move some pallets from one building to next buildings.The old guy working here at night time ,he’s talk soo much rude ,yell at you ,without any reason.??♂️ .

They are very rude people. They do not unload by appointment. They will unload you when they desire, by who you are. Had 11 am. appointment, got there at 9:30 am and they uploaded at 2:30 pm. Had to cancel my next load because of them.

Always a good experience here. They are working on their portion of the lot with some new blacktop. Overnight parking always available!
