“Nothing because, your worker intimidate the customers who got two services the same time, trailer 6/12 and truck 20, paid, but the worker manipulated by using a person as a manager to say she will report to the police that I stole the truck. I will never rent anything to UHAUL again. Thank you for your pression.”
“Absolutely saved us, provided amazing service, and were legitimately great to us from start to finish. Moving across country is scary enough, but when car trouble strikes on the last leg of your long journey to Boston, you need great people around you to help get you home. Everyone at this facility went above and beyond to not only repair the damaged truck we were given in Nashville (bumper was so smashed upon pickup at the Nashville facility the Buffalo crew had to weld on a brand new one before hooking up the car carrier) they were so quick and so lovely the entire time. My only complaint is they’re in Buffalo and not closer to us in case we need another moving truck in the future. Cheers to everyone there for making us feel like neighbors.”

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”

“This is my go to spot for rentals. I hate the air port and other spots. Bruce is always very professional greets you when you walk in…makes for a good easy experience. Can’t forget about Vinny and Frank, they also make the rental experience an easy one and have always been helpful with any problems if any. The young man who cleans out the cars James is also very nice. The Whole Main Street team is awsome. Iv seen reviews of people saying they are rude I’m sure it was definitely the customer who was rude. IV NEVER HAD AN ISSSUE AND IV BEEN RENTING CARS FROM THIS LOCTION OVER 10 yrs. More frequently recently and I’ll send anyone their way. You can’t be rude to people in customer service and expect customer service to not be rude back, the customer isn’t always right!”
