My mother has lived here for many of years. When Corvis Group purchased this complex things have seemingly went down hill. Currently there is a bedbug infestation, as well as cockroach infestation at this facility. My senior mom who is disabled currently has had many issues with heat plumbing and now pest intrusion! There has been no call box or phone box working for over a year now so visitors and emergency personnel are unable to access the apartment units. Handicap people literally have to go in the elevator downstairs to allow their guests into the building. I am at a loss for words to see the senior building be so unsanitary, and now at this point having major infestation is just uncalled for.

Very disappointed, unreliable information and services. Apartment that I was shown was very dirty, paint on walls in apartment and hallway were dull. Very disappointed.

Applied for an apt. In 2022. Called to check to see if my name had moved up on list. Was told they do not have a list. Seems like certain people get special preference. While keeping others out. Do not waste your time with this Co. I've heard lots of negative remarks about this Complex. Most of the apts. Are very small. And the turnover of Management is very great. No grocery stores in this area. Not centrally located for anything.

As a resident, I am saddened by the lack of caring by the new owner. A completely inoperable elevator has not been fixed since April, 2021. Numerous calls tothe City of Buffalo have been met with shoulder shrugs. No transparency, no caring, and a building full of angry renters is going to be a recipe for disaster if something isn’t done.Update: There is one elevator in service. The other is not working after an entire year. We have a man running through the building at night, screaming like a banshee. The manager has no control over this building. Don’t move in here, for sure. Just because we’re Seniors doesn’t mean we deserve to be mistreated by Corvus.

I moved out of Trinity Tower Apartments on December 1st, 2020. My security deposit has STILL not been returned to me. I have made many attempts, contacted current property manager Latisha Lattimore, a regional manager and owner of Trinity Tower. I have been told this payment is going to be sent to me but it is not sent. Concerned that money has been stolen, very serious issue here. UPDATE-I have finally received a check but it was less than was owed to me as per our contract. Plus it was over 4 months late. No added interest or late fees. included. Beware of being cheated by the property management. If I didn't fight to get at least some of my money, I am certain the entire amount would have been stolen from me.

... Moved in 5/1/13 & have been warmly welcomed as a new resident. Management is caring-&-professional, the staff supportive-&-helpful. Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. Gay Men's Chorus! A new HOME!
