Called and asked if they could possibly do a small collision job on my vehicle (under $1000), they gave me a date for Tuesday January 17 (2 weeks from my call). They wanted my car there at 9 AM. However, I explained I had some appointments I had in the morning, I could bring it around 1, they said that’s good.Dropped off the car, she said they would call me. Later I called them because I did not get a timeframe on when it would be done. I ask them when they will fix it, she told me they’re going to look at it on Friday. (3 days from now?) They said they will send it to the insurance, and eventually fix it. So for the next five days nothing will be happening to my car, and then it might be another week or two before they start? Read other reviews and there were some bad ones.The way the shop is run it appears to me that it’s a store front for other business not for collision shop. The girl that is behind the desk is rather snippy and rude. She might be the bosses wife? I would not recommend the shop for anything.Took me car to carstar=amazing job & courteous people.

This garage helped me a lot in the past after I got in an accident. They helped me understand what my car needed and why. Prices seemed fair and overall made my stressful experience as nice and easy as it could have been.

These guys were great! I went in to explain my issue and let them know about the insurance claim and they handled the rest. I dropped my car off and they had a rental car ready for me and had my car ready on the day they promised. It looks great. I’d definitely use Transit Collision again.Service: Body & Trim

Great place to do business. Offered Veteran discount. Front end fixed. Had to come back for electrical issue with head light but they fixed as well with no additional charge. Recommend this place. A1 in my book

I dropped off list of parts and full payment a week before the auto. Went on vacation for 3 weeks they assured me it would be done. Came back and they had not even started. The owner outright lied to me saying he needed 2 days. And wanted to charge my insurance company for a loner. 11 days later I picked up the auto not complete and it was damaged while in their care. This is now 6 weeks. More lies, said West Herr was dragging parts, I called West Herr the never had a request or account with them, Picked up 2 weeks later the vehicle the owner never apologized for his actions just more pretentious, smug attitude.DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS
