“Family member backed into a fire hydrant on a dark and stormy night. Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”
“I know sometimes we come on here to complain but I wanted to make sure that I give an amazing huge shout out to Just Tow It & RecoveryYesterday I wound up Stranded by myself in an unfamiliar neighborhood and had to have my 2002 pickup truck towed. I called the first couple of places that were on the list and they told me it was going to be 3 to 4 hours before they could get to me. And then I called Just Tow It. They told me it would be 40 minutes and they were there at 45 minutes. The driver was super friendly and accommodating and even drove me home instead of making my husband come get me from the tow yard.They are going to be replacing the calipers on my brakes and their prices are extremely reasonable. I am very fortunate to have had an opportunity to do business with this company. If there's anything that you ever need as far as towing or auto mechanics I would definitely reach out to them and see if they are able to help you.Thank you so much for making me feel safe.”
“Been a long time customer since the late 70's! Despite moving further away, I still use them for all tepairs, oul changes, inspection, etc. Always fast, great prices, and very honest. I can't count the number of times they could have said various things were wrong, but they never have. I trust them wholeheartedly.”

“I had an issue with my 199 Miata. I thought it was an alternator issue. John and his staff took the car in for the diagnostic. I’m assuming the worst….John calls with a minor battery issue. I appreciate their honesty and quick fix of the matter. I’ll bring both cars to Bison from now on.”
