It is a small compact Tops grocery store.
They actually have a pretty wide variety of items for having such a small-ish store. You will likely be able to find 90% of what you need. (Maybe not the specific brand or something but at least a close enough substitute.)
This is absolutely perfect for quick shopping trips. Think of the old school Wilson Farms (...if you know you know) with a much larger variety. I stop in here to buy milk all the time. Quick and easy :-)

Just terrible! I had a 216.00 order, had to cash myself out! 1 cashier on the 3rd, & a day before a holiday 😡 Not the 1st time this has happened. It's really UNACCEPTABLE!

This Tops in particular is a well run establishment with employees that you can tell want to be there and are happy to provide you with accurate and friendly service. The owners are to be commended, yes, but it really is the daily staff, from managers like Karen, who has been there forever, down to cashiers like Lynda, who is a mainstay and staple in the local community. This Tops really does live up to the South Buffalo way of being good, generous, and kind.

Seneca Street is just too small and doesn't have everything that I'm looking for and the staff members are not helpful at all when asking them questions

Not an official tops, doesn’t even appear in the list of locations on their app. Has super limited options and little to no gluten free options. Would not recommend.

The manager here, somehow unbeknownst to me, got it set in her head that I was shop lifting here one day. I visited the store every day for numerous reasons, for many many years. And I have never stolen anything from here. I occasionally would use an app that required me to photograph items and I would receive an incentive. One day, wow I was pissing in front of the store when I was having a conversation on a phone with my son, I was approached and assaulted by a very large man for almost no reason at all, (I honestly believe my pacing made him uncomfortable). He ran up to me, literally picked me up like I would a 3 year old child, slammed me into the building and then LAUNCHED me about 15 feet away. When I attempted to run into the store for assistance, not only did he give chase , but the manager sprinted towards me and pointed a can of pepper spray in my face from less than 6 inches away and threatened ME, who is there to receive help assistance, and said she was going to call the police if I did not leave the store immediately.. when I questioned what the reason behind her actions were, she even more harshly threatened me with the can of mace when I was clearly in distress AND danger from a HUGE (I would estimate he was almost 7 feet tall no exhaggeration) and was so obnoxious and belligerent and incredibly out of line and control that the security guard on duty had to intervene and pull her away from me, as everyone else in the store could clearly see it was i who required assistance and she was acting insane. The guard gave me a slight gesture to just be on my way and seeing as he was not acting irrational, I followed his directions. NOW, she has spread it around to all the employees in the store, some of whom I am friends with, that if I enter the premises at all, I am to have the police called and be arrested. I am planning on taking measures to have this "situation" handled by not only writing to the district manager, but I am looking into hiring a lawyer to pursue having charges pressed on the woman for harassment as well. All I really want is to be able to shop in the store seeing as I live 2 streets away and 95% of my grocery shopping was done there. I don't drive at the moment, so I'm struggling to be able to purchase the necessary items I literally require to sustain my life.

I think the employees represent Tops commitment to the communities they reside. Clean, professional and although tight, just a great grocery ??

My grandson ran an errand at this Tops, he came back to the car saying how nice the store was, quiet, soft music, but best of all was when he ran a sliver short on the cashout someone chipped in with what was needed! Thank you kindly?
