TOPS Friendly Markets is a decent and fairly clean store where everything is easy to find. The staff are pretty cool, very kind, and absolutely great. People love to come for their fried chicken, so it is best to get there early to avoid a line, especially on Friday. The chocolates are very cheap and popular with both locals and tourists. Overall, it is a pretty decent Tops if you are in the area and need to stop in for a few things. Some customers express deep appreciation for the store, while others have reported negative incidents.
