Lost $20 in the #1 lottery machine. I waited while they paged for assistance that never came. I then left my info with the cashier and nothing. I contacted corporate, and I received someone else's ice cream complaint.
Update: Still no contact from them.

It's ok. The deli is good. Fresh baked bread is gone by 3 or 4 pm or they don't make enough of it. I get the feel the work is done by workers when they want to work kind of atmosphere. It is NY so.

Horrible customer service today with unnecessary blatant disrespect at self checkout. Young dark haired young female treated my poor disabled father like a common criminal and made what made what should have been a quick shopping trip into a ridiculously long ordeal. She insisted that he didn't scan items, which he did as requested but refused to void the second scanning of said items, even after seeing that it was obvious that the total of the small order was obviously much higher than it should have been , therefore making him stand in a somewhat long line to have it remedied, and blatantly and rudely refused to get a manager. Instead she had a security officer come over, drawing unwanted attention to something that absolutely should have been handled in a much more professional manner.
