Best experience I’ve had! I took my ten year old carhartt jacket there with the cuffs tore up front pockets falling apart. I had to get the fabric and when I got it back I was blown away by the quality work. Now I’ve got another at least ten years out of this jacket. Everyone who owns a carhartt style work jacket u know once it’s broken in there isn’t another jacket u want. Would definitely recommend!!!

What a great little shop to get everything you need to be dressed for your wedding. They worked fast and even went the extra mile for my custom lining in my suit. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I was looking to get a suit tailored for my wedding. After searching Google, I determined this was the place. I called and everything was easy from the start. I brought my suit in and they explained to me what could be done and gave me options. The staff was polite and knowledgeable and the turn around time was quick. Pricing seemed more than fair as well. If you’re looking, this is the place. They also have a great selection of suits, ties, shirts, shoes and more. Thank you

I had an extremely wonderful and fun experience at Tom & Luigi’s. I came here for wedding dress alterations. They were fast, professional, and educational about the process and cared about me feeling and looking good on my special day. Being Italian myself, of course I brought my entourage with me and they were more than supportive, even providing gelato to our party! I picked up my wedding dress only a week after being tailored. Fast forward to 7 days before my wedding day. Every bride knows how stressful planning can be, and I managed to lose about 11 pounds, resulting in my dress to feel lose and unflattering on me. I called and they got me in right away, welcoming my Entourage once again with open arms. They tightened up my dress and my vision came back to life. I picked the dress up 3 days before my wedding. Beyond accommodating is an understatement. Thank you so much for everything ?

Extremely unprofessional. In December my husband and I brought our two sons in to purchase suits for them for their wedding(s) (One wedding in June and one in August) At this time my husband also purchased 3 suits. We purchased 5 suits, had all of them altered as well as my two other sons alterations done to stand up in their brothers weddings (4 more alterations). My son who was married in August had 17 pants and shirts ordered through them for the wedding and either had them mailed to groomsmen or picked up at the store. Wedding suits were LOST, then found. Wrong sizes ordered and accused of gaining/losing weight. Pants and shirts sent out were wrong sizes/colors. My groomsmen sons, despite being fitted in late April/early May for both weddings were constantly sent away as "they were to busy" to get to it. Had to pick up an out of towns son suit because he was flying in the day of the rehearsal and would not have had time to pick up. Once again, we were "educated" on the fact that they really needed him to pick it up. (Perhaps had they completed it in a timely manner he would have been in town to do so.) If you do not mind poor customer service, added stress to an already stressful time go ahead and give them a try...consider yourself warned!
ETA...In response to your response. I bet if you reached out to EITHER of the Brides they would have a different response then either of the grooms. When we brought our sons there we explained that due to two of the groomsmen (Grooms brothers, our sons) living out of time, fittings would need to be worked around their travel schedule. One groom was told he could come in for his suit...when he arrived he was told it was not there, they had no record of it etc..., one groomsman came in for pants and shirt and was told once they didn't have it, once they couldn't find it and another time that its not ready. The other groomsmen told you he would not be able to pick it up just before the wedding and would need it in July on his last trip home before the wedding...shocking, it was not ready. The other groom son was ordered the completely wrong suit...and yes it was corrected before he returned back to his out of state home it still caused a lot of undo stress. Ordering these items in December and informing you of the wedding dates AND the exceptions we needed to have were given to you in plenty of time. I never expected you to "skip" over other weddings...I expected you to do them in a timely manner. As we were waiting for items up until the last minute...I did not feel comfortable in "handling this in house" for fear of more mistakes. My concern is for the stress level of any future bride and groom...Buyer beware!

This was my first time ever going to a tailor, and I couldn't be more pleased. I brought in a low end formal dress with lots of fragile fabric, that was way too big for me. Tom did a beautiful job taking it in and shortening it, even taking extra time to make an adjustment at my request. The cash payment discount is a huge perk. The turnaround time was as promised. Thanks Tom and Luigi for your excellent service.

I needed a tux in a week and a half , my son had purchased six from them in the past and highly recommended them . I was not disappointed. Everything fit perfectly for the occasion! I even purchased a pair of designer shoes to match!

They are fine for suits and normal alterations to dresses and clothing, but do not take your wedding dress here! I knew something wasn’t right and was told I had to get used to the cups that were sewn in. The cups weren’t the issue, the straps were made too short and shouldn’t have even been shortened in the first place after the push up cups were sewn in. I should’ve been able to try the dress on again after the cups were added to see if they needed to mess with the straps. It made the dress too tight and it was literally cutting into my skin. The bustle was also done terribly for the type of dress I have. Three little buttons can not hold the weight of a long train that has 4 layers. All three buttons ripped out and my dress was starting to rip where the loops were (that was just with the dress hanging up) I can’t imagine what would’ve happened at my wedding if I didn’t notice! The other place I took it to, said it was done completely wrong and with the wrong buttons, and all of the layers shouldn’t have been connected to each other and bustled in one area like that. It also looked awful and looked like curtains on my backside, it also covered the beautiful lace and back of my dress. She also shook her head and noticed how the straps were cutting into my skin. Thank god I took it somewhere else because she was able to fix everything and redo the bustle so it bustled under. After spending a ridiculous amount of money for alterations, the other shop only charged $70! And the bustle she did was way more work than the 3 buttons and loops originally done. It should not cost over $300 to add 3 buttons and loops, take off a couple of inches from the bottom, and tack in some cups into a dress. I was ok with the appliqué sewn on to cover some of the cleavage and pearls were added all over my dress when not asked for, but I grew to like them. Not all dresses are the same and they can’t all be bustled the same way. Wish there was some way to get the $300+ back!

Nobody is better! I have been a customer for over 20 years. From suits to military uniform, Tommy knows his stuff. Love how they have scaled operations with the retail side. True customer service all around. They won't let you walk out unless it fits perfectly!
