Gina was my hair guru for 1 Mar 2024. I love everything about this woman! She found a spot for me in her schedule so that I could have my hair relaxed, and her energy is quiet and kind. She is excellent at her job; I had neglected my hair for about 3 months and came in looking like I was homeless with a rats nest on my head. She relaxed my hair without pulling my hair, she put the Affirm Fiberguard relaxer in my hair and there was no discomfort, no burning and no clumps of hair in the comb and it didn't take all day. She has a bright and personable personality, and I highly recommend her expert hair services. You will not regret it!

Would leave a 0 star but there is not an option. Shop focuses more on gossip than doing hair. I would never go back here. Stylist had a nasty attitude and yanking my hair. Went down the street to Natural beauty for them to fix what this shop messed up. They are very professional. Watch owner responds with an attitude and sarcasm like she did with the rest of low ratings. Very sad & unprofessional. Ugh. 0 starService: Braids

Omg I love this place been here twice..n they so professional I love the shop and the atmosphere and they know what they doing and you don't be in there for hours..Trust me as a person that was born in the city I know a little about great customer service ad quality work..I will recommend..they got me as a client..

I'm on the fence with this salon. When I walked in, you would have thought I had 3 heads with the look I got. But I digress, being that there was no sign that said walking welcome and trust there were no welcoming looks. I proceeded to ask for a consultation, and the women giggled and said, "A consultation?". I don't know what was funny. Once again, I shrugged it off. When finally a halfway competent person asked me what I needed. Blah blah blah, she was pleasant, and professional told me someone would be in contact with me. That was last week... no call. Maybe they are that busy ? I don't know. If someone dose not want your money, don't give it to them. Yeah, on the fence with this salon.

Have never gone to this salon. I called them to inquire if they can do my daughter's hair. They returned the call and even had a hairdresser reach out to me. I appreciate the prompt service and them asking us further questions about her hair. I had an emergency come up so I did not go into the salon but when I do, I'll update this review.

Today was my first time receiving services and I can not begin to explain the atmosphere. Everything was clean , great energy from the stylist and the other clients. Toya did such an amazing job on my hair and the color I wanted came out much better than I thought it would.
