the customer service at the cash register is extremely disappointing and overall rude God forbid your cart is blocking the isle for 2 seconds before you get a chance to move it. the customer service ruined my experience today I will probably not be back.

I used to like this store, not anymore. They used to say hello when entering the store, nope couldn't be bothered. I spent a half hour (only one in the store) looking for a gift for a friend price not an issue, no help what so ever. Customer service has really gone down hill. I will never step foot in that store again!

Poor customer service. I received a pair of earrings as a gift from The Paper Store and after wearing them 3 times they broke. I just wanted an even exchange and they refused, said I needed a receipt, even though it was their item and in their gift box. I won't waste my time at this store again.

I was looking for an ornament and the salesclerk was great. Unfortunately there was a lady, who was standing back a few feet from the ornaments and she got inappropriately angry because the salesclerk Terri ( said excuse me first) bent to the bottom shelf and gave me what I was looking for. I felt bad because It was unnecessary to react so angrily. I also was uncomfortable and went to another aisle when she appeared and said I heard you talking about me. She must be having a bad day was the only comment made, which another customer agreed.
