This place is such a gem! The rooms, decor and food were fabulous. The service was totally unmatched!! Lucas, Danny, Ella, Tara and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough for how attentive and genuine everyone was. They made sure we were taken care of at all times and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could ever want and need. I HIGHLY recommend this experience. Get the waffle for breakfast, order the Griffin signature cocktail, spend extra time in the fabulous jacuzzi tub and take care of the Mansion team. They deserve it and much more. Thanks for an amazing time!!

I booked 3 rooms for the night of 10/13/2023 for a family wedding which was also at this location. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. I made a few calls prior to our reservation and my calls were answered by Katie each time. She was beyond helpful and professional. When we arrived, our check-in was smooth, quick and everyone greeted us with a smile.Our rooms were also great! While keeping the historic feel of the hotel, the rooms were updated and comfortable. Don’t skip the breakfast - it was delicious and fresh.Overall our stay was fun, welcoming and comfortable. Customer service is impeccable. Would not hesitate to stay again!

This place is absolutely stunning. The staff are friendly, attentative, and just overall add to the experience. Would recommend to anyone staying in Buffalo to at least stay one night here.

The location of the mansion can't be beat, it's walking distance to Allentown, Kleinhans & downtown. The butlers are great & are very happy to help. The room was nice & clean, but our bathtub & shower were old & worn & needed a good scrub. Our tv initially didn't work, but the staff got it going.My room charge $305 was more than what I was quoted over the phone $260. Unfortunately, I didn't check my confirmation email; had I done so, I would have had it corrected. However, we enjoyed the complimentary drink, billards & breakfast. We felt that these extras provided us with a good overall value.

What can I say about a place that so cozy you would love to live there. Super staff great vibes to all the rooms we have stayed in. The honour bar, car service and knowledge of local off the beaten track for funky bars and restaurants was 10 stars!! This is the only place we will stay when we visit the Buff!

Stayed here for a wedding with the reception on site. Food was very very good. Service and the employees were fabulous. I most definitely would come back here again. Walkable to some great restaurants as well.

Booked a room online, got a call later on from the Mansion on Delaware that they overbooked and that they were pulling my reservation. Obviously did not get to stay, so I cannot comment on that - but it’s embarrassing customer service to leave a paying customer without a room and offer no solutions

I had an amazing time shooting a wedding at The Mansion on Delaware Avenue this past weekend. Such a beautiful place to stay and an amazing place to have your wedding at. We had such an amazing experience at the Mansion on Delaware, because of the service from the staff, specifically Lucas and Ella. Lucas went the extra mile with a special note and cookies for our friends birthday. He took time to provide suggestions of where we could go. We appreciated that tremendously.

I recently photographed a wedding at The Mansion on Delaware, and what a regal downtown beauty! It really felt like we were in an iconic setting to host the perfect backdrop to an intimate wedding.The service was excellent and the food delicious. And can we talk about that bar room?! Very well done. My clients got ready in the elegant rooms, had such a nice ceremony in their courtyard, and one of the best parties in their reception area. The hotel was reserved for only their guests too. Talk about an all-in-one location!Really cool Buffalo wedding venue if you're looking for something featuring historic downtown.

We just had our wedding reception here and everything was perfect. All of our 78 guests loved the food, the staff was totally genuine and very accommodating, and the space was perfect. Can't imagine a better venue for a big event.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are stunning but not 100 percent perfect. Our fireplace wasn't working, and the room was a bit dusty in a few places.The staff...Wow!...amazing. Every one of them go the extra mile to make your stay that much better. They're very knowledgeable about the history of the mansion and the area.Check this place out of you're in the area it won't disappoint.
