the store was great, most of the staff was awesome. except one and it ruined my entire experience. this person was rude, inconsiderate, and held her beliefs over what was being said to her simply because she did not agree with my way of life.

Definitely a unique place in the mall. Super cool to see all the models on displays. Lots of cool sets you can’t find elsewhere. Some sets are definitely cheaper elsewhere so be sure to check online. Also there is a capacity to how many people can be in the store so be ready to wait during peak times.

Jonah was simply amazing, super helpful and just so friendly. He made us feel like we’ve know him our whole lives. Honestly wasn’t gonna buy anything until he started chatting with us.

People should quiver when they hear his name. Word stronger than that of God’s of Olympus. The strength of Hercules and wit of Einstein. They call him “Jonah” or “The Wolf of Cheektowaga” for short. This absolutely fairytale of a human is someone who I would name my first born after. I truly think his face should be on Mount Rushmore. Say his name.

THE NAME IS JONAH…. Aka the wolf of Cheektowaga ??????. I witnessed this man sell over $1500 in 10 minutes. Great persuader and definitely deserves 5 stars. Would give him 6 stars if I could. ❤️??

Jonah is a man amongst boys. One day the oceans will dry, the earth will burn up, and the legacy of Jonah will still prevail. “Fear me, for I am Jonah, Son of Kratos,” said Jonah. Everyone in the store fell to their knees, bowing down to Lord Jonah. It is said Jonah once sold $1500 worth of legos in the final 10 minutes of his shift. He then rode out of the store on his trusty steed, sword in hand, and led the people of his land into the Mists of Avalon. “We are forever in your debt, Jonah,” said the plebeians of his vast land.

I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity of visiting many different Lego stores around the world. They may all have the same products with a similar store layout & aesthetic, but I can unequivocally say not all Lego stores are the same! What ultimately makes the difference are the people. This was my first time ever at the Walden Galleria location and the staff here were amazing! Not only were they very knowledgeable about Lego but they go above and beyond to help the customer. They foster a genuine sense of community that makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk in. It takes a special kind of place to make you feel like a friend instead of just a "customer". My family and I have been fans of Lego for many years and will continue to be very loyal for years to come and that is in no short part because of Lego employees like the staff at Walden Galleria!

Cute store for kids to stop in but go to Amazon to order Legos or other stores. Way over priced.

The staff is soo helpful and joyful in this store. I was carry a box around and still shopping, one worker offered to put it on the back counter to hold for me. My daughter picked out a set and another worker did the same so we didn't have to carry them around. They had someone showing a demonstration of one of the new Lego sets and that was cool too. Another worker offered my daughter a free Lego magazine too! Just awesome. Thank you all soo much. Jacque, Sean, David, Devon, and Jonah.

Always a pleasant time to visit the Lego store! I've never had a bad experience with the personnel there. Looked fully stocked too!

Most favorite store in the mall, friendly and so very helpful associates answered all my questions recommended other sets with a more challenging build. I will be back soon so nice taking my new kitsch right home.
