The owner takes such great care of my laundry. I discovered Rosemary when I had a hip replacement and couldn't do my own laundry. She picked it up and did a wonderful job washing and folding.
I am ecstatic. Btw. The price is soooo affordable that I'm going to continue.

The Second Mile.
I didn’t get their names but they were so kind and gracious to me. This is another level of kindness. I had an issue with a machine and the worker kindly responded to me about it and then suggested I speak to the owner. Unlike many businesses that would get defensive about things. But in fact the worker actually went to the owner for me and the owner came and spoke to me. She helped me redo my washes and then went a second, and I would say even a 3rd mile to service me above and beyond! I'm so glad I said something. I was just going to write a review lol. But this time I opened my mouth and their response was unbelievable. God bless them!

my quality of life, no joke, Shot Up after using their laundry pickup service. i had a few old and (tbh) pretty gross pieces of laundry that i use daily and just didn't know how to wash properly, so i never did. Not only was the service extremely affordable, but also Rosemary, the owner, breathed new life into them and now they smell brand new. i'm writing this from underneath my delightful comforter she washed and bleached and it feels like i'm at a hotel. highly recommend their laundry pickup service ??✨

Ive been bringing my clothes to The LB 2 for over 10 years.. The owner is a good person, whos pleasant to speak too and her staff is the same. Im so busy with work and other things and because of this I end up with a large amount dirty clothes. I have a washer and dryer. I have so many clothes that I would be washing all day long. So I take my clothes to the LB 2 and they do a very good job. I'll be taking my clothes there for the foreseeable future. My name is Andre.

Very pleasant place to do laundry. Clean, 99.9% of the machines were in service and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They also offer various options for them to do all or part of your laundry for you.

Excellent customer service. The place is spotless and the machines are clean and new. The owner is absolutely wonderful. I'll go back again as needed.

The employee there and another customer were cracking jokes cause my mom didn’t understand English. So when I asked what the issue was, the customer made a big issue, being racist and just disgusting. Instead of controlling or de-escalating the situation; the employee just cracked jokes and watched it happen.

People often view doing their laundry as a thankless chore, as something that occupies the bulk of their day with no reward.
For many years, as a single parent of three kids, I took my laundry to Rosemary’s establishment on Kenmore. It was convenient and economical and always clean. And more than once, I returned to find that she had already folded my laundry simply out of the kindness of her heart.
It’s worth noting that when Rosemary was not at the business herself, her staff then was always pleasant and professional.
Today, Rosemary takes care of my father’s laundry needs. I highly recommend her services for pick-up, wash and fold. She consistently arrives when she promises and my father’s clothes are always returned quickly and clean.
