The Botanist is a good medical dispensary! Their staff in particular are excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chance helped me out today and answered my detailed questions thoughtfully and accurately, then helped me get the best deal possible for what I needed. I’m glad to have The Botanist downtown!

I love coming here, everyone is so nice and friendly! They have a great selection and get new stuff in fairly frequently. There’s always deals and they have a pretty good point system. The staff has always been helpful and quick! Tomas is super kind, patient and has great recs :)

I’d give more than 5 starts if I could. The Botanist is the only place I will go. They have a beautiful space, fair priced products and they invest in their customers. The staff has always taken the time to answer all my questions, super knowledgeable and they know more about my child and his needs than his last pediatrician. They’re great, especially Dan C. We’ll be life long customers.

About a month ago I placed an online order. Got the text that said it was ready for pickup. Arrived at this store about 10 minutes later, around noon on a saturday, during business hours. I knocked. 1 dude came outside and said "we're closed". I said I placed a pickup order online and got a confirmation text. He just repeated "we're closed". Apparently those are the only words he knows. Rude and annoying. When the the employees decide to be decent humans, they do sell a good product.

Michael Cooney, the General Manager was at the top of his game!He took care of the re-registration process for me in total, helped make sure my rewards points were transferred and shared information on a new improved Botanist product to help with my insomnia and pain; all with a zeal and personality that transcended all basic norms of the customer service experience!Ditto to Tomas, the Patient Care Specialist, who made sure my order was correct and I was well informed on all things pertinent to my pharmacological needs!Kudos to "Team Botanist"!
