I injured my back in late December and I was looking for a place that had space and equipment to help with my rehab. I live near Terri’s so I decided to check it out and I found the Crown Jewel of Hertel Ave fitness. All the staff from housekeeping to the front desk were friendly and helpful. The facility is spotless and well maintained. They had everything available that I could ask for from yoga classes, room to stretch and any equipment I needed. They also offer boxing, cycling, fitness classes and personal training that I did not use but based on my experience there I bet it’s great! I highly recommend this gym!

By far the best gym in Buffalo.Attended group Boxing classes with Chad which are fabulous. Wide variety of exercises, great equipment, always well organised. Simply ideal conditions to push your limits.

Top tier community gym!Terrie’s is fantastic. It has a wide variety of workout equipment and is always very cleanly.The members are also extremely kind and easy going. Just a great place to work out!

I'm customer of group classes and also individual boxing classes. The group classes with Chad are very well organized, prepared, intensive and there is always lot of fun. The same I can say about individual class with Tony. Thank you guys. Good job!

Terrie’s Workout Center is awesome! They have all the gym equipment you can think of and the best fitness instructors anywhere. The employees are friendly and helpful, too. What makes it really special is that it’s locally owned… a rarity these days. I highly recommend Terrie’s.

Been coming here for years.Clean/comfortable and locally family owned.Classes are current and well done.Parking in the back with an attendant in the evening. A longtime asset on Hertel. Try the Boxing club next door too. Same family as Terries and Chad is a super guy to train with.
