Customer service is always helpful when we go there. Most of the time there is no wait. Occasionally you may have to wait for maybe 10 minutes or so if they are busy. I love their special they have that if you buy a screen protector for your phone and it breaks you just come in and they replace it, no charge. This has worked out very well for my youngest daughter who is already on her third screen protector!

I took my non to Mobile phone in because my android phone was stuck on a voice setting. The round light skinned female employee took my phone, messed with the settings to black out my screen and proceeded to try and sell me a new phone not realizing I'm not dumb enough to actually chose t mobile. I took my phone to my local repair shop (Lucky's) and fixing it was as easy as holding 2 buttons at the same time. They intentionally tried to scam me into buying a new phone, little did they know I already know their tactics.

Associates are unhelpful and there is this one female employee there who has a nasty attitude. She also was going through my phones settings and messing with stuff that she had no idea what she was doing. I will never go back to this location.

I’m not generally a person to post bad reviews, except for extreme circumstances. The way I was treated at this store was appalling, embarrassing, and and really disrespectful. I am newly divorced and joined a family plan with my mother, who is our account holder. I ordered an upgrade and selected in store pickup since I could swing by after work to grab it, instead of waiting for two day shipping. I stopped by the store on Saturday-the hours posted online were incorrect and the store was closed. No big deal, I stopped by again on Sunday. I figured since the phone could be shipped to my house, I could just walk in and pick it up. They let me know that I had to be an authorized user on the account to pick up the phone. Totally understandable, but frustrating. So that night, I was added to the account as an authorized user, and figured I could try again on Monday. At 8am I get a notification saying my order was cancelled without any explanation. Taxes and fees had already been paid. Again, frustrating, but not the end of the world. I go to the store to try and figure it out, walk in and start explaining the situation to the salesman who welcomed me (Cody, thank you, you were so patient and helpful!!) when a female employee yelled from across the store “she was here yesterday, she’s not the account holder. She can’t pick up anything!” There were other customers in the store and It felt really humiliating to be screamed at in the middle of the store. All I wanted to do was pick up my phone (for the third day in a row) and I was made to feel like an idiot and like I was doing something wrong- even though I was authorized to be there and pick up my order! Accounts can be updated in 24 hours, and since I was aware there was an issue, I was then able to update my account to fix this. I shouldn’t have been yelled at for trying to pick up my order AGAIN! As someone who works in retail and customer service, I would NEVER treat a customer like this. I understand there is a process for things like this, but any customer deserves to be treated with respect- no matter what. This employee needs to be properly trained.

This is the only location in that I've been to in Buffalo where their employees actually want to try and correct an issue or mistake or fix a problem you're having. While I was there getting a complicated issue fixed there were countless people who walked in and left completely satisfied.

Andrea was very helpful w my new phone ..she was patient w me and showed me how all my photos and apps were transferred over Been w TMobile for many years and I have no complaints

zero stars , no knowledge on products , female employee had a funky attitude as if we were bothering them. Refused to show us any phones while I was on hold with customer service, because my daughter needed a “credit check”. Which she already has a line we were just making it her own. Assumed she knew the answer to what the other employee was asking her so she over talked him and still gave the wrong information. Customer service told us we had to fix our problem in the store. Won’t be going back to this store for any reason, spent almost 700 dollars for terrible service with an attitude.Oh and may I add we were the only people in the store.

Took my phone here after Best Buy fixed my crack screen to have the phone reactivated. The man looked at me like I was crazy and had me repeat myself 5 times. He had no idea what to do or what was going on. Then proceeded to try and get me to just buy a new phone. Terrible expereince. Nobody in the whole store and he couldn't even begin to try to help. Don't go to this store

They are offering a free ipad9 when purchasing phones and not telling people “you actually have to pay $25 a month for the service” so it’s NOT free!!! Word of advice anytime they say somethings free there’s always a catch !

I was not impressed with this location or the T-Mobile service. I canceled my prepaid an after one day, and was told there is no refund. I called their "experts" who couldn't help at all. I was transferred to an overseas call center who kept transferring me to different departments. All the time NOT solving my issue.

Walked in and two reps just sat there even though we were the only customers in there. Felt like I was bothering them just to talk about upgrading our phones. Ended up walking back out 10 mins later - guess I will try another location another time.
