Bought a phone for a family member who passed away, both called and went to T-mobile local store to report they were deceased and to see if they would assist me as other vendors have with waiving fees and/or letting me return equipment with no charge. Not T-Mobile! They want to chase your loved ones beyond the grave to get paid. Bill's in my name but since I don't have their pin# I can't even find out how much is owed to pay it unless (supposedly) I go back to the store a 2nd time?! First time I was told I would get a final bill in the mail, which NEVER happened. So it's in my name, under my ss# but I can't get the info. needed to pay the final bill so it doesn't affect my credit until I go back to a local store. Really?! Horrible company, horrible customer service!! They either don't empower their employees to resolve sensitive situations like this or don't care about their customers like all of their TV ads claim. The Un-carrier is In-sensitive to its customers and their needs. Typical corporate all about the dollar, American GREED!!! Not to mention-I did a T-Mobile test drive with their equipment this year and at every point-Verizon obliterated them!! Big Red always takes care of my needs when it comes to service and has NEVER been petty like T-Mobile!! Stay away from this company!!

Inefficient and time consuming experience. There's no option for a simple in-and-out purchase. You have to wait for one of the two or three agents to spend up to twenty minutes or more with every other customer. Do your shopping online and deal with their customer service number.

I went to the store for mobile line and waited for a really long time. I was going to ask a question but the customer representative was rude. Another worker was conversing with another person completely ignoring my presence.

Lines are long, store is confusing, you don’t know who works there or who’s the costumers, there’s no line or organization, it’s a free for all only two ppl working in the store and at least 12 customers, very overwhelming

Had to stop in to port my number from Verizon to T-Mobile and my service could not have been better! Wait time was almost nonexistent and the woman who helped me(cannot remember her name unfortunately, I do know she was the manager) was extremely helpful and patient the entire time! Definitely will stop back in if I ever need assistant in the future!
