I will say that the customer service is horrible and I will be contacting the store owner.I went in earlier today over a defective product that I have been having issues with and the manager ( or at least some sort of supervisor) on duty was extremely rude and condescending. When initially being called out by the associate to meet me she says “oh i know exactly who that is” which is extremely unprofessional. In the duration of the entire interaction she was unhelpful and her mannerisms were not up to par. She would look me up and down ( for lack ofa better word sizing me up) several times and give me crazy looks when i was explaining that I was frustrated with the product being defective for the second time. Her overall behavior was inappropriate and to be frank I feel bad for the associate because I can not imagine working with her to that extent.Additionally, when I went in about the product the first time she ignored me several times throughout the conversation.I did not get the name of the manager however i do know she was on duty 01/31/24 at around 4pm. I hope the store owner responds promptly as this behavior was nothing short of ridiculous. She also gave me customer service phone number and I will also be giving them a heads up that there fellow managers are clearly falling short of what the company has to offer :)

This is definitely a valid option for shopping, Christmas shopping or spending time while you’re in the area! Tons of stores in a convenient location, it was super busy while we were there though.

We finally were able to cross the border from Ontario into the U.S., without having to do a covid test to return. We were shocked to say the least at the current state of the Galleria. Many favourite spots no longer there that have been affected by Covid I'm sure. The worst part was it has become a teen hangout. Not shopping, just crowds of teens with nothing to do but hangout in a mall. Was also hoping for some decent deals on the first weekend with no testing but definitely not the case. Found the outlet mall in Niagara Falls, NY much more enjoyable.

The store is neatly organized and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. The jewelry is varied and we learned that they even have men's watches! We got more than what we came for and were signed up for the bonus program which sends coupons to use based on spending and milestones. Very pleased!

My cousin and I went to the Galleria for a matinee movie at 11:50 a.m. got right into the show which was great only 5 people in the theater and it was clean and those stadium chairs that recline are amazing to relax in and watch a movie. Plus we went on a Tuesday which is 1/2 price day if you have a Regal Reward Card.
THen after the show we went and walked the mall...........I am so disappointed that the mall had quite a few empty stor fronts, some of the most popular stores are now gone.
I am a person who has to try on clothes for the fit I cannot order clothes online so if the economy keeps up in this direction then fashion malls will close completely......It was pretty dead in there as it was the middle of the afternoon during the week and it was Spring break for kiddos not in school and the mall was still dead. The only store I noticed was super busy was the Apple Store. Stores like Sears and Lord and Taylor are gone as well as a couple restaurants that used to be in the mall. Even the Starbucks kiosk in the middle of the mall corrdiror was shut down and Starbucks is popular so it is so very sad that this is now our new world, plus prices on items have sky rocketed also but our paychecks have not so it's hard to justify paying those prices and shopping for fun it's almost a neccesity now to go shopping. Thank you Covid and pandemic !!!

False claim, the Walden Galleria Mall page states they have a nursing lounge and they do not! They have a family restroom with no place to sit and a diaper changing area with a curtain that also doesn’t have a place to sit. They do have a community room that appears to be for rent for events, if they i tended to use this as the nursing lounge there is no signage stating that. When planning trips with an infant it would be nice if the mall actually offered what they say they offer.

Just wondered if anyone else has noticed the floor shaking on the second floor at Macy’s at the galleria mall in Buffalo. Specifically in the ladies shoe department. It’s very disconcerting and I wonder if this is normal or something dangerous that is being ignored.

As a veteran with PTSD. I was horrified to find a young male standing outside the entrance of a store holding a rifle.

Valerie was extremely accommodating and professional. She kept the store open for us and went up and beyond. Thank you for everything!
