Service was horrible! When I came in I waited about 15 minutes before someone even said hello to me even though they were sitting right there. I got a gel pedicure ($50) .. I asked the woman if she can use the metal file to get more of the dead skin off and she said your feet are already soft but didn't even feel like someone usually would. When she used the stone she literally rubbed it once on the bottom of my foot, that's it. She put in no effort and that was not a $50 pedicure at all. I left with the paint all over my toes, she cut my nails uneven, she didn't even clean under my nails or cut my cuticles, dry, dead skin still around my toes.. This was by far the worst pedicure I had EVERRRR!!! I will never pay for services that are not done properly idc, maybe people should do the services for the price we pay. I will never return.

I love going here. I moved to South Buffalo 5 years ago and started going to them. I now live in West Seneca but continue to go there because of their prices, short wait times, great mani/pedis, and friendly people.

My feet still had dryness. They argued with my friend when he asked for the cheese grater. Never will I go there again

I went here for a pedicure and manicure today. This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I was in and out of the chair in 15 mins. She didn’t clip the skin around my toes, didn’t scrub my feet more then 10 seconds, didn’t lotion my heels, barely put scrub on my legs. My heels are still rough. I declined the manicure after how terrible my feet were done. She still charged me $35. Literally need to go my feet done again. I was livid walking out of there. I have never had someone care less about performing a service I was paying for correctly. Will never be back.Service: Pedicure

I went there yesterday for pedi and full set. Pedi was amazing by the nails I can’t. I asked for coffin she gave me square they are barely medium length and I was charged 60$ for them insane when they start at 45 and the I said to charge my card 30$ I paid rest cash she charged 36$ never again will I ever go there

I made an appointment for eyelashes extensions. I showed up 10 mins before and was told I would be helped. My appointment was 4pm and by 415pm I left as I was not assisted. This location was 20 mins from my home and the customer service was not great so I would not recommend on my personal experience

I went there to have my acrylic nails removed and had a HORRIBLE experience. My one nail was cut so short it was bleeding. None of my nails are the same length or filed correctly and some of my nails still have polish on them. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy.
