My recent experience at Sun City Mattress on Niagara Falls Boulevard went above and beyond all expectations! I was in a pinch and needed a new bed set right away. After being given the run around by several of their competitors I decided to give them a try and let me tell you it was the best decision I could have made! From Gary's friendly and knowledgeable service to John's invaluable assistance and finally Otto's (the owner) willingness to adjust his own schedule to meet my needs, including delivering the bed himself that very same evening, all I can say is that I will NEVER shop anywhere else for my bedding needs! They offer a financing option now for those who qualify. So, if you're looking for friendly and experienced service at reasonable prices and a sizeable selection of beds, make Sun City Mattress your first, last and only stop! You will not regret it! ?

Bought a mattress set there last year and am going back to get another set of mattresses (king) for my kids! Quality mattress .. great staff.. set up in my home by the owner! Great family run business! Stay away from Big box stores.. better deal here if you know what you want! Shop elsewhere.. I’ll guarantee you will end up purchasing your mattress here.. don’t be stupid with your money

The mattress is poorly made and after about 6 months you could start to feel the springs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Came here to shop for a queen size mattress this weekend. The service was great and we were impressed when offered same-day delivery too! The only reason I'm docking a star is because their selection was kinda small and their most affordable mattress was more than our budget. However if you're looking for sets around $650+ with same day delivery, I would highly recommend coming here!

It was a pleasure to do business with the owner, John, and staff member Gary. Despite the shortage of mattresses during the pandemic, Sun City Mattress has mattresses in stock and they delivered the mattress the same day we purchased it. The price was reasonable and we appreciate John and Gary taking time to educate us about mattresses.

Last March we were desperate to find a mattress and boxspring for a little girl, who we discovered, did not have a bed of her own.We already had a twin size bed that was used for less than a year. So we were in search for a mattress set for the bed. Something told us to stop by this store after being disappointed with what we found in the big chains.When we stopped by the store the staff was absolutely wonderful. We told them about the little girl and these lovely people gave us an additional discount on the mattress set above the sales price. We purchased the brand new mattress set and took it to the family the same day. I only wish I had a picture of this child's face when we set up the bed for her; she was elated at having her very own bed. We will not forget this business when we are ready to buy a new mattress sets for ourselves.

This place has extremely rude employees. When I went in they made false promise and never delivered and when I called he was extremely rude and was yelling at me. This place needs new employees.

Small space, but still several mattresses to try. Friendly staff listened to what I wanted, pointed me to two that fit the bill well. Reasonable on price. Didnt feel pressured (nor catered to, if white glove service is your thing). Demo matressess still in plastic so a little harder to try but you know you're not getting somrthingt that someone's skin has been on

I purchased a Serta plush top mattress, after a few weeks my back was hurting in the mornings, Sun City Mattress allowed me to exchange and delivered for free. I definitely recommend them
