Highly recommend Streeter’s Appliance - set up an appointment to come repair our dryer and Don called about 4 hours early saying he had time to “come over now” and was there within 5 minutes of the call. I had suspected roller wheel replacements, but he quickly diagnosed a new belt and idler pulley; all 4 parts were replaced and we were up and running in under an hour. Very reasonable pricing, and he was patient with my “dumb” questions.

I've used Streeter twice. The first time, some years ago, they did a fine jobs replacing a broken belt on our dryer. The second time was May 30 of this year, when our Jenn-Air range needed a new control panel. They showed up quickly to diagnose the problem and tell us they had to order the part. It is now August and we never heard from them. I'm giving them two stars as an approximate average of 5 and zero. Now I'm waiting for Sears Home Service to take another crack at it.

We have used Mr Streeter twice now and he has definitely come through for us. He changed a belt on our dryer, and fixed our washer too. He's reliable, honest, and also a veteran. Highly recommend.

Don provided excellent service. Service for my dishwasher and oven was provided timely and very reasonable! He came at the appointed time and did a great job. I would highly recommend and definitely use Streeter's Appliance Service again.

Don was quick to respond to my phone call, and he came over the very next day over an hour earlier than expected (he called to make sure that was ok too). He was done in 15 mins. Fair pricing and very knowledgeable and to the point. Streeter's will be the only one I call for appliance problems in the future!

Our long-time appliance guy retired, so we tried Don per recommendation on a website. Although Don did help my wife with fixing some plastic wheels on our dishwasher (an easy fix I was planning on doing), we didn’t have great service with our washing machine. Don was nice, but he struggled and was frustrated fixing our machine and ultimately told my wife he would not move forward with the repair.I’m not handy, AT ALL, but I took apart the top control panel and immediately noticed what the very apparent problem was. I only did this as a last ditch effort, thinking I have nothing to lose before getting a new washer. I was surprised how easily noticeable the problem was. The start button was clearly broken. I jury-rigged it and the machine was fixed. I don’t understand how it was missed or why that wasn’t the first thing checked (as we mentioned it felt off) but that’s what it was. So I can’t recommend or not recommend Streeters, but I will say my wife said he was much nicer than our previous, long-time repair man.

First of all, Mr. Don called me back within 30 minutes. He has such a calming voice. It let's you know that he's a great guy and confident with what he does. He called and came over today and a half hour before he was supposed to. It was a 10 to 15 minute job and he was done. His prices were very fair and I recommend use him!

Top-notch. Mechanical defect in dishwasher led to issues, and no fix seemed to work, but Don worked on the issue and resolved it. True businessman and stands behind his work at a fair price.

So, I cannot actually rate this business for service, however, I'm giving them a low rating because a car with their advertising on it road raged me on Sheridan drive. I didn't realize how fast they were going -and it turned out to be very fast for that busy area. When I pulled out, there was no danger until this car sped up, passed me, laid on the horn, cut me off and, of course, flipped me the bird. I would never give these people a dime if my money.
