He was so friendly and very helpful. He convinced my dad to get sized and helped his get the right shoes for his needs. He was able to get through my stubborn dad where the whole family could not. “The people in the store was helpful but took a long time to get my shoes to the counter cause they were training new employees on how to tie and pack the shoe with the exact pair they bought out from the back for me , I had my child with me who was crying a 1 minute thing took them like 10 to 15 minutes .”

“Frank and Judy Anne needed help on the Erie canal. We were at Wide Water Marina Play Arturo Hot Su 6 horsepower outboard refuse to operate. Calls over town were no use and no help. Dale came out in the evening diagnose the problem with the outboard took the yard board with them repaired as the next day and returned it the next night. Amazing service yes!”

“L love the fact that they always have sneakers and shoes on sale and they do have layaway that's plenty enough for you to afford to pay monthly and as long as you pay monthly on your layaway they'll work with you. Awesome staff if they don't have what you want they can order it for you.”

“I purchased a Clay Delay autopuller for skeet and sporting clays in 2007 and it worked flawlessly for 6 years. Had an issue with it ten days ago, called the company for assistance, and sent it back for repair. It was repaired and returned promptly and the repair charge was more than reasonable. These people and their products are the best. Highly recommended!”
