The gas quality at this gas station is poor. I had refilled my car here, and then my engine lights went out, preventing me from starting the engine. I had to call a tow truck to take my car to an auto shop, where it cost me $200 for a diagnostic check to determine that the issue was faulty gas. Subsequently, I incurred another $360 for draining the gas and refilling it with good gas. All of this was due to the poor gas quality.

the girl who works there during the night is like nonverbal didn’t even acknowledge or say hi to me during the entire transaction not even a hello o goodbye or didn’t even tell me what my total was

Pump are runin slow . Stupid slow who want to be in the cold pumping 50 60 dollars when this take almost 5 mins to pump $10 fml

Most of your staff is either non verbal or rude. The one positive guy that used to work here is no longer here and there’s another girl in the day time that was always pleasant. The evening shift employees can be awkward and non responsive but smiling while talking on the phone. People need to be grateful for the jobs they CHOOSE to take. This is a community of exchanging money and interactions to make a living… and the receipts don’t print.

I just went in here to pick up an order.And the late night worker was a total a******I had to pick up 2 beers and he shook them up.Put them in the bag and then drop the bag on the counter from 2 feet above.Don't ever go here.This guy should be fired.

Please don’t go the lube shop. They don’t know what they’re doing. They will damage your car next time. When you get there, they’re trying to charge you extra money and give you code for the parts that they are broken and damaging. They broke up my skateboard and also the shield underneath the engine. And they never fix it back. Jack the manager of Luc shop has the worst ever he needs to learn some manner.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience with Bjorn, the extremely friendly cashier who rang me up on the evening of July 19, 2023. Especially at this time in history, it is so rare to come across people in public-facing jobs who actually take customer service seriously. He is an asset to your company and I hope that he is recognized as such.

Staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, prices are fair and competitive, service is also quick they move fast. Can't say much for the Tom Hortons inside the store they are the opposite of everything above. Slow, rude, dirty, slow, always out of items or they just don't want to make them, lazy.
