Some staff is rude. Small inside, never has straws for drinks.

They stopped carrying most of their protein bars so I guess I'll go somewhere else

Staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, prices are fair and competitive, service is also quick they move fast. Can't say much for the Tom Hortons inside the store they are the opposite of everything above. Slow, rude, dirty, slow, always out of items or they just don't want to make them, lazy.
