Unprofessional service and refusal to let a customer use the restroom in a needed situation. A franchise like Speedway can't be like that.
The cashier stated that they stock merchandise inside the bathroom, and only employees can go and use the bathroom 🥳🥳 🤯🤯
So, whole neighborhoods served?
Where is the agricultural officer?
And people who make sure they are following franchise rules and regulations accordingly?
Okay Manager & Owner read this.
1. Health & Safety Codes
Bathrooms are considered unsanitary areas. Food, beverages, cosmetics, medicine, and most consumer goods are legally prohibited from being stored there.
Health inspectors can cite you for a violation, leading to fines or even temporary closure depending on severity.
2. Fire & Building Codes
Bathrooms are not designed for storage. Extra boxes can block access to sinks, toilets, or emergency exits, violating fire safety rules.
3. Employee & Customer Risks (Joke 🤣)
Merchandise stored in a bathroom can get water-damaged, moldy, or contaminated by chemicals (cleaning supplies, sewage backflow, etc.).
This creates liability if damaged products are accidentally sold.
4. Professionalism & Company Policy
If you work for a chain or franchise, corporate policy almost always forbids storage in bathrooms.
It may also hurt customer trust if they find out.
👉 In short: It’s generally unsafe and against regulations to store merchandise in a bathroom. Inspectors can fine you, and it could put your business at legal risk — especially with food, drinks, or health-related products.

Cashier was counting the drawer and was making ppl wait, refused to cash out a customer because she was mad she was getting interrupted. Then proceeded to block the lady and grab her to stop her from leaving, Joanne the cashier should be arrested for assault. Also Fired for being very unprofessional and nasty to customers 😢

This speed way is a joke I been going there for gas and smokes for ever,this lady behind the counter JOANNE E.AND STORE MANAGER ARE VERY NASTY AND LIKE TO PUT YOUR MONEY ON DIFFERENT GAS PUMPS AND TELL YOU THAT YOU PUMPED IT SO YOU PAY DOUBLE......SMH IF I COULD POST THE RECIPE I WOULD......BEWARE OF JOANNE E.

Went in to use the bathroom, toilet overflowed and clogged with feces, used tampons, and paper towels. A thong was on the handrail. Please just go to the mobil 1 mile down the road

Stopped by yesterday to buy a slurpee they were out of cups onky had LARGE so i grabber another cup another size because i didnt want a large and I didnt mind PAYING $3.00-4 if that was the case thats why i grabbed the cup that wasnt for slurpee ! when i get to the register the guy the new assistant manager started stating that i grabbed the wrong cup and I said yes i did but you can charge me the 3-4 dollars is okay he said no is not that idc ppl seem to do want they want and tells me to not pay for it to go and i still payed what it said 1 dollar and some change but when i checked my account he charger me $30 and i stopped by in the morning to let the manager know left my number and name she hasn’t even reached out they need new workers with good customer service! Mind you i was waiting for ten mins kus he had a very long line guy did not know how to handle customers at all and multitask

This speedway has gone down hill quickly lately. The cashier seems to be MIA most mornings. Of in another part of the store talking or whatever she is doing while the line of customers back up. Most people in the morning have someplace to go and cannot sit and wait for her to get back to the register to check people out. None of the other ones have this issue. Just the lady with the long black hair. It is nearly every single morning. I finally put my stuff on the counter and left. The first person in line still had not come out of the store as I was driving off. I do not have that kind of time to wait.

Stopped for gas, they did not honor the advertised price on their sign outside, was charged 20 cents more a gallon. When I went in to ask about it assistant manager was extremely rude.
