On Tuesday, 2/6/24 at 8:00 pm, Sean, my technician arrived to update my modem since I lost wifi. He couldn't have been nicer. Very detailed, professional, and friendly. He made sure all was well with grounding, and getting the modem up and running. He was here for a little over an hour. I was extremely impressed! Great service! Thank you, Sean!

Was on the medium program for a few years paying an absurd $115/ month just for internet. Decided that was enough and went to the lesser program at $89/month. After 1 month you raise my rate lol I can’t wait for c another provider to come to Eden so I can drop these price gouging snakes.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Over the course of 1.5 years at my house spectrum has come to my door trying to get me to sign up for their internet service 3 times, twice at night. If I wanted Spectrum I would have signed up for it. I also get mail from Spectrum weekly. Due to this I will never sign up for their service, and will gladly steer everyone to Verizon Fios.Update 2/5/24 - Spectrum employee came back again, for a fourth time. They are an awful company.

Customer service here is terrible. Tried to return a Xumo box and change my tv/internet plan last week. The associate I spoke with told me he couldn't help me and to come back before 5pm another day to speak with his manager. I asked to speak with another associate and he denied me and was very rude.I stopped in yesterday before 5pm and asked a different employee to speak with a manager and they told me that was not necessary. I explained my situation and the employee I spoke to half-heartedly attempted to fix my account. She was not forthright with what she was doing when I asked her what was done to my account, she told me 'my new bill price' and told me that everything was taken care of. She neglected to mention that she signed me up for their premium TV service even though I asked to remove the TV service from my account entirely. The 'new price' she listed was an add-on to my bill. I had to spend another 30 minutes on the hone when I got home to fix everything.All the employees on the floor were on their cell phones and were not attentive to customer needs. Ridiculous customer service. Avoid this store at all costs.

Horrible service on Chicago Street. The Manager is no help and he was the one who made the error and had to into a meeting. All the money we pay for service deserves better customer service.

Less than one star. Nonexistent customer service, laggy ass internet, service was intermittently out in neighborhood, unable to rectify continued to bill for service they were no longer providing. If you feel like giving your money to a company that's not providing you with a service this is the place for you.

I can't even believe I'm having to address what this company did to me. Im absolutely sickened by the 652$ spectrum stole from me and won't return.. for what they are deeming "damage " to a phone that is not true.. I have pics of device before it was mailed for a factory warranty replacement. Of course I was not informed that it could possibly run me that much money. I was told maybe 52$ for a restocking fee.. they proceeded to take the 652 out of my bank account, no warning. And the account didn't have it in there.. so naturally, they then also charged me the bounce fee... spoke to multiple supervisors . None of which give one ****.. this is how they treat loyal customers, new customers too.. We've had their service for decades! Just made the switch for cells.. phones sent don't work great at all. I cannot express how upset, disappointed and ROBBED and taken advantage of I feel.. WORST MISTAKE!!!! DONT SWITCH TO SPECTRUM MOBILE! Wish I didn't have to put even ONE star... absolutely discusted! Will absolutely be telling, screaming to everyone I know to beware!!

Only one star because it works ok sometimes. Most of the time it buffers or is unavailable! Plus removal of channels ended up a higher bill for me! Hate it!

Ashaley Carter and Thomas MacDonald are amazing. Those guys were very customer friendly and eager to help me with smiles on their face. The store is very clean and has a great environment that is customer friendly. I give this team an excellent review. Highly recommend for Spectrum customers to utilize this store.
