I had a spectacular experience at the location on Delaware avenue. Let's not confuse whatever frustrations you have with spectrum is a corporate entity with the service at this site. The staff was excellent. I worked with Hollie who helped me save more than $100 a month, upgraded my equipment and made my internet run faster. Thank you so much!

Although I am not a huge fan of Spectrum all together, the staff at this location is so incredibly polite and professional. Recently, I stopped in to do some changes to my service, and an angry lady, came in screaming and threatening the workers. The workers were so professional and handled the situation greatly.

Very upset!!!! I have been trying to update to a iPhone 14 pro!!!!!! I have been to two stores they have a glitch in their system. There is no phone number to contact the customer service office who handles this!!! What kind of company has no contact information for someone to help me with this problem????????? I have internet and two phones with this company and I honestly want to find a different company that can help me with what I need!!!!

Absolutely terrible... Can't pay a bill in store or drop off cable boxes.. really, then what do all those people do all day.. I can't wait for greenlight.. and spectrum won't do anything to keep you..

This location is super convenient for everyone who doesn't live in the downtown Buffalo area. It was placed in a nice plaza and is a beautiful spot that they chose. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because spectrum needs to update its packaging/advertising/instructions. They mail you equipment that states on the front of the packing label on the box to either bring or return your equipment to the spectrum store or a ups location when in fact you can't return it to the store if you go there they will send you away to ups which isn't far from that location at all but for folks who may have walked, gotten dropped off or took public transport to get there, that's not fair to them when you are instructing customers otherwise. They do however accept equipment swap outs so go there for those!

The reps in the Delaware Ave location are tacky and unprofessional. Not one of the appearance was appropriate unshaved men, hair not combed, body odor, uniforms not clean or ironed. Poor representation for a corporation such as Spectrum. Considering canceling my subscription..

I stopped in to swap out my 4 year old modem and router ( don't judge me) and I wasn't given a receipt for the equipment I returned. After I made my exchange and realized I forgot to get proof of my return, I was told the only person that can print it was out left for the day only 15 mins before my discovery. Disputes over outstanding equipment appears to be a common theme with Spectrum in general so I hope this does not come back as in issue when I check my next bill ????????.
