Apparently this is the butcher shop my husband used to go to with his mother when he was a child.
It's been 10 years! I was very happy (^^)!
There is a parking lot ?️
It was fun just looking at the showcase with so many sausages lined up.
The staff member was also very friendly.
I will also come here to buy sausages when I have a BBQ at my husband's parents' house.
The Hungarian sausage was really delicious (^^)!

Eastern European and German meats, smoked, cured and fresh. For smoked and cured sausages, it's clearly a head above the rest in Buffalo, highly recommended.

Great customer service! I was able to get there right at opening and they were able to make fresh Hungarian sausage very quickly for me! I highly recommend! It was so delicious when we grilled it up!

The variety of sausages is amazing! Just walking in the building is an experience, between the display cases stocked with sausages of every kind, to the smell of wood smoke from the on site smoker. This place is the real deal. For sausage, I shop no where else!

Ultra high quality sausage - bacon and speck is unbeatable...would be 5 stars but honestly the per pound prices are super crazy high ....but I guess in this economic climate we just pay for such amazing quality.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Do not go here. Horrible customer service by drug addicted and downright rude owners who have no regard for human life and lack any sense of dignity and compassion. They really don't know how to run a business. About a year or so ago, my mother went there to buy some meats and was greeted by the wife of the rude owner. She was ordering and due to covid, she couldn't hear the wife owner through her mask. The lady snapped on her and the ugly pig faced owner came out from the back and started yelling at my mom and told her to leave the store. My mom has been patronizing them for a while, which she explained. She got kicked out and called a variety of foul names. She left in tears. After hearing what happened, we went back in defense of my mom and confronted the scum bag owners. They are horrible people with awful service. No wonder I don't see any lights on in there. Please people, do not patronize this place. It is ran by really horrible people!

Excellent Polish Sausage and Pork products. A clean butcher shop that smells like garlic as soon as you walk in. Extremely friendly staff and helpful with suggestions on trying new varieties of Pork Sausage. I highly recommend their Sausage!

Best ever! Best ever! Buffalo vs The World!!!! Best ever! I have been buying the Hungarian sausages here for years, recipe hasn't changed as far as I know, and everything is always amazing. Pastrami is every other weekend, good luck with that, I always miss the pastrami weekend. I'm 0 for 3 in guessing, calling them would be to easy! Cheese is great. Try the smoked cheddar! Double smoked bacon is so good it may be illegal!! Pepperettes are fantastic, my spelling is not. Olive loaf!!!!! Boom! See you at ur new favorite place!!!!
