EDIT TO ADD: while I am super happy to have given another florist her flowers, I was originally looking for Hyacinth House based on the glowing reviews from friends and coworkers who’ve used this business in the past. Trying to call but always getting busy tones and a website that never loads, I didn’t know how else to get in touch but to visit at the address shown on their Google page. So spare me for trying to get in touch to buy from them! HOWEVER, I am so glad that the owner, taking no responsibility for her errors in missing business is leaving a rude response in turn as it led me to a better, friendly, and MORE PROFESSIONALS BUSINESS. Turning this to a 1-Star for their passive aggressive rudeness and asinine response. Learn to take accountability. :)
There is no Hyacinth House here, so that was highly disappointing and that’s what the two stars are for. The address should be removed/changed since they’re no longer there… However, it did give a new florist business. Candy is at this location and she was able put together a beautiful bouquet for me! She was also very friendly and personable. I will be going back to Babycakes Flores Flower Shop located at 571 Delaware Avenue for my future orders. She made a new faithful customer out of me!

Came in last minute and candy made the perfect bouquet of flowers for me, she is an extremely happy lady and very kind! I recommend her flower shop not only for the flowers but for the experience. 10/10

Hyacinth House decided not to deliver on the date that I asked, instead choosing a date easier for them. As a result, none of the people for whom the flowers were purchased were able to receive them. Way to screw up a family's Mother's Day.

Our experience with Hyacinth House Curiosities was incredible. Corinne was extremely communicative and made sure my vision came to life with the most beautiful wedding flower bouquets we could have asked for. I would highly recommend using this company for any floral needs!

I'm in my 60s and have received numerous floral arrangements through the years. I have to say that this arrangement was the most beautiful and unique that I have ever received! I would highly recommend this locally owned shop to all!

Corrine did the flowers for my wedding. My bouquet was beautiful. I did get 4 Wrist Corsages and they did break right away I think because of using the snap brackets, but they were pretty. Loved the colors she put together in my flowers and the flowers for my MOH.

I recently moved and was looking for a new florist as my usual florist was a bit of a drive and Hyacinth seemed like a good choice based on the reviews. I'm going to assume someone just had an off day because I was extremely disappointed with what I received. I called a week in advance, and ordered the weekend before Valentine's day in hopes that I wouldn't get caught in the volume of orders. I gave a ton of detail about the type of arrangement I was looking for but got almost none of what I asked, instead receiving a generic cookie cutter arrangement. Additionally, it wasn't packaged well for travel, and despite being told the flowers could last up to 2 weeks with the right care they began dying almost immediately. I was so disappointed in fact, I still went back to my usual florist (Trillium), and despite calling them for a same day pick up on Valentine's day, they hit it out the park. Included everything I asked for, the attention to detail was evident, and even charged me less than what I paid for with Hyacinth. It's safe to say I will not be making that error in judgement again.

Corrine was so helpful and clear. Asked me what I was looking for and delivered!This was arranged from out of state for my Aunts funeral. All my family members said they wish their flower orders came from Hyacinth House.

Corinne went above and beyond while working with me for my wedding florals! She understood my vision (simple, emphasis on greenery and natural colors without overpowering the greenery around us) and was mindful of my budget. As someone that knows NOTHING about florals, Corinne was so understanding and offered pictures to get a better understanding of the flowers and textures I liked. She met me where I was and didn't pressure me into other styles to be more traditional.
