Wonderful experience! My daughter and I went in the evening and there was only one associate working, however, I didn’t get her name. She fitted us accurately and helped us try different styles and sizes that felt good to us. It was a warm and welcoming environment and we love the quality of the bras we purchased. I was nervous because of the reviews regarding customer service, but I had heard personal stories of women having a good experience. Glad I took a chance and so glad that as a Black woman, the store associate that night was also a Black woman with great customer service skills! I definitely recommend!

I visited the Walden Galleria store recently and Serenity was an amazing associate. Very welcoming and helpful. The store was well stocked, very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Rude employees. If I ever shop Soma again I will be avoiding this store. Went to do a simple return. Took awhile with an attitude. Will not come back. Only gave it an extra star because I feel the manager on duty was knowledgeable.

I used to love Soma at the Galleria Mall and used to buy all my lingerie here, but not sure the sales associates know what they are doing anymore. Quality of staff and service have definitely gone downhill. Will be looking for a new place to purchase my bras.

This company is horrible. Never shop here. They treat their employees disgustingly and have no cultural awareness. The higher ups don’t care for their employees and there really needs to be diversity training because we need to see more managers and employees of color and women that are educated on diverse since range

I was just at the mall today to buy a bra. I was with about 15 to 20 other people. The store sign says 12 to 5. One older lady had sat for nearly 2 and a half hours to pick up her order that they had called her the DAY before about. I finally left at 3 o'clock because they still where not open. Called corporate they had no idea what was going on. Called the malls offices, they had no clue what was going. They are only open for a 5 hour shift. I understand under staffing. But you can't even open your doors to began with you might need to at least post about it.

"0 STARS" AVIOD THIS LOCATION My wife purchased some items from this location the lady working there on April 3rd 2021 was extremely rude and confrontational talked under her breath about customers her family showed up while we were shopping like it was a get together very sad to see this type of customer service. On 4/11/2021 we went back to return a couple of the items we purchased due to fitting size and Covid hours are listed on the door of the store 12pm-5pm we arrived at 12 store closed so we waited until almost 1pm outside store never opened tried calling the store no answer tried also calling customer service no answer my advice is to look into this store totally unacceptable i now have to go back another day and fingers crossed that they will be open like they are scheduled i will update if not and i will be talking with corporate about this location highly recommend buying your intimates etc... somewhere else

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a consumer. I had the same woman on 2 separate occasions and she was extremely pushy and rude both times and actually engaged me in a verbal confrontation regarding an item exchange. This woman was aggressively and rudely telling me my opinion on what type of bra I was looking for was wrong and kept laughing and rolling her eyes. I will NEVER EVER shop at this location again. I shudder to think what corporate for this company would think about the type of people they have representing and managing their stores.
