No complaint about immaging, You found stuff my doctor couldn't. What's up with your billing department ? Threatening collections over a 3 month old bill for $60 .I've probably done over 20 g in billable procedures with you. You'l be paid but will never see my family.

This location should be a zero star not a 2.6. DO NOT GO HERE!! You are better off waiting a month to go somewhere else. Had 3 appointments and every time I showed up or called the story changed.... first call made appointment was told to come in they can do the MRI right away, show up and was told the machine you need has been broken and we can't do it, you would think they knew that since the appointment was for the same day I called. Make knew appointment for 2 days later, they assured us the machine would be fixed by then, the day before the appointment we get a call saying that part did not fix the issue another part is needed, I get it stuff happens. Make another appointment for 3 days later saying they have a tracking number, and the part will be installed and ready to go, guess what happened... the part never showed up. Again, I get it out of there control, call back the next day they tell me the part is in and we are good to go for the following day. Called today spoke to someone else after a 15 min hold only to be told the part never came in! As I am trying to explain to the person what is going on I get from her " sounds like this is your problem not mine" and hangs up! I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of compassion in my life especially from a medical facility. Go anywhere else other than here, I promise it will be the correct choice. Here is a list of other MRI locations to go to so you do not end up here... Windsong, Great Lakes, WNY imaging.
Seton will tell you they can get you in right away in order to have your insurance appointed to them and then just drag you along. Call any other place and wait for them to get you in, it will be the best decision you made for your self.

If it'll take over an hour to see a patient it is very rude to lie about that fact. Being told I would be the next person to be seen and taking multiple individuals beforehand is not only impolite, but is dishonest.

Called to get an appointment for an X-ray and was advised that they are walk in only for that and that I should call before coming to see how busy they were.
This morning, I called at 8:50, and was told the wait wasn't too bad. Got here at 9:05. It's 10:10 and I'm still waiting. Checked at the desk and was told it won't be much longer.
I won't be coming back again.
I also advised my GP, who referred them to me, about it, so perhaps he will start sending patients somewhere else.
Finally called back at 10:12.
Tech was great.
However, either start taking appointments or stop giving time estimates to patients. I'd rather be told that you have no idea how long the wait is than to come in with the expectation of a reasonable wait time. "Not too bad" would be interpreted by most people as roughly 30 minutes. A 65 minute wait is "bad" by any definition.
Still done with this business.
Follow up:
Owner responded that they can't control how many show up from the time I called to the time I arrived, which is reasonable. However, there were 4 people waiting when I arrived.
One woman, with an 8:45 appointment, wasn't called back until 9:30.
So I don't believe nor accept the owner's apology and explanation.

I don't understand why some people are so opinionated about this place. I've been coming here for years and I've never had an issue with any part of my visit. If you didn't like your visit, talk to a supervisor for a solution. You don't have to cry about it on the internet. Have a beautiful day.

After much anxiety about the CT scan since I had never had one before, my worries were put to rest when Aladeen brought me to the exam area. He listened to me thoughtfully and explained everything every step of the way. I would not have been at ease if it were not for his expertise in IV insertion. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is I had an appointment for 12 and didn’t get brought back till 1pm. Everything else about the process was perfect.

Danielle, the girl that took care of me was amazing! I went to other places. They said they could not do my MRI, called her. She took care of everything and I had it done! Everybody was wonderful! I would recommend this place to anybody at any time. Thank you

I showed up around 10-15 minutes before my appointment. It is currently one hour after my scheduled appointment time, and yet i am still waiting. Making matters worse, i visibly have difficulty walking and use a cane. Yet they kept calling me back to the window multiple times with paperwork they had forgotten to give me, instead of bringing it to me, and saving me significant pain. I will not be returning if i can help it.

Front desk staff were incredibly kind even while juggling endless calls. Was taken back 15 minutes after my scheduled time for a CT scan, out within 30-45 minutes. Super easy and great staff

I go here for all my imaging. Always polite and friendly. The technician are so kind and professional. Never have to wait long and get results from my X-rays fast from my physicians.Have only went to Seaton for years and very happy with going there.

The one receptionist who signed me in was pleasant, but the other one with a Pony tail and blondish hair, was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a Healthcare facility. She wouldn't even look at me, treated me like scum of the earth. Maybe try and hire more pleasant people who would like to help patients, rather than make them feel bad. My only suggestion.

Appointment times mean Nothing. Make you wait until 15 minutes after to even give paperwork to fill out.
Staff is nice and friendly enough, but the process is Severly Outdated. Paperwork needed should either be sent to be filled out ahead of time or give right away rather than wasting time and causing other delays.
