As a physician ordering an Xray, they went above and beyond to care for my patient and to expedite the results to me

My advice is to avoid this place. My husband went for for an MRI. The techs were pleasant but the MRI didn't even have music. The worst part of the experience was the front office staff. They were very rude and had no empathy for a situation that came up. Their attitudes made the situation worse and it was difficult to hold it together. I've been to several imaging places in the area and never had an experience like this. I will take my business elsewhere.

Waited 1.5 hours and was not taken back until I told them I was waiting that long. Then it took 15 more minutes once I got to the regular x-ray waiting room. Never again. Trust me. Go anyplace else

Staff very nasty. Not professional at all!! They all had attitudes. Tech asked me y i was here. Im like u have 3 scripts in your hand. What do u mean y am i here. Then she was like we may not have time to do all of them. Then honey y did yall schedule them. Then they tell me to vontact billing in the morning. They have a new system. They see something from 2011.??. Like girl bye its 2023. I haven't received a bill a phone call a letter nothing sent to collections. But all of a sudden i need to call billing. I had an appointment today and it was overall a terrible experience. The wait time was unnecessary and long for everyone in the waiting room. The staff was inconsiderate and very rude. Would not recommend.

I thought the staff was very kind. The technician was a little brusque and scattered but she was kind. My Doctor’s office required me to stay here until they read the Report. After an hour wait, I asked about it and she was on the phone with them (so they did not forget about me.). I have no complaints! Solid 4 stars.

I do not know why their are so many reviews that complain about the service. They were prompt, courteous, professional and very friendly. I received my CT scan right on time - no issues - no problems. I will go back again in a heartbeat.

Service is slow, inefficient. No one seems to be in a hurry to take care of customers at front desk. Customer service seems to be worse with each visit. This will probably by my last!

In and out as a new patient in less than 40 minutes for a set of x-rays (including filling out new patient paperwork). The technician was very friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Overall good experience

The waiting room is about 85 degree, every once in a while the staff opens the slid glass window to deal with a patient and you can feel a nice cool breez. Pretty obvious you don't matter if you're a paying customer. Was told to arrive at 9:30 to fill out paperwork for 10:00 appointment. it took less than 5 minutes and was not called until 10:20. First time here, 100% prefer Windsong.

1. Extraordinarily poor lack of time management. My mother wasn't seen until almost 45 minutes after arriving.2. Rude & dismissive front desk staff. Upon checking in the front desk staff rarely say "hello" & simply ask, with a dismissive attitude: "Why are you here?" Not: "May I have your name/DOB" but, instead: "Why"... I think it's extremely invasive, rude & unprofessional. They are very loud & don't respect your privacy at all. Many of these patients who arrive for various scans, x-rays, etc. are there because there is something WRONG & are already in a heightened state of panic, anxiety or worry due to possible life changing results. Horrible.3. Dare you have a question after signing in, while waiting at the window. I saw over 9 instances where there was some sort of language barrier or comprehension barrier (due to older aged patients) who simply needed some sort of direction. The women who sit behind that window literally just stare at you, like your d**** saying: "Read the sign! Sign in & have a seat" as they shut the window in your face, roll their eyes at their co-workers. It's embarrassing & rude. Have a little respect for those that may need a little guidance & who are scared.4. Make sure you ask for your images & a preliminary report to directly take to your prescribing physician AND keep on them about contacting doctor if immediate results may need hospitalization. They WILL forget to send reports over, even more scary STAT reports are often forgotten. We waited 50 minutes for a reply from my mother's doctor, thinking they have already called back to decide whether my mother needed to go to the ER or not. After the lengthy wait (which I was respectful of, since it was after hours) I kindly asked if they've heard anything back... Well, that annoyed them to no end & was met with: "Oh, we're calling right now, we forgot, sorry!" Again, shutting the window before I could respond. So, after 50 minutes of waiting to see if we need to go to ER (that's how serious the scan results were) they FORGOT to call the doctor. I saw this 3 other times with other patients at the same appointment. Inexcusable. Also, It's been 4 business days & PMD STILL has not received ANY images or preliminary report from Seton.5. The techs. Some of the techs, not all, but some, especially one in particular, are rude & lack empathy. I wanted to go in with my nervous mother & they refused. When the techs call you back, again, there's no "hello, how are you?" Just awkward silence. Including my mother & patient after patient I noticed this behavior.6. You can hear the employees laughing, arguing or talking about who's paying for coffee or lunch, etc. very loudly coming from the back. I'm all about making the workplace fun & interacting with your coworkers, however hearing such trivial conversations coming from the back that are loud & in your face is not a good look. When you have patients sitting in the waiting room, some scared out of their minds, that's the last thing you want to hear coming from the staff. Then you wonder why things are taking so incredibly long.7. Again, Time! They are so, incredibly disorganized. If they even offer you a disc (yes an actual CD which is so antiquated in & of itself) they will tell you it takes 5 to 10 minutes. Wrong! Be upfront, you'll be sitting there for 30 minutes, if you're lucky. Then you follow-up & again, oops! They forgot! I saw at least 2 patients who requested discs & they were sitting there for minimum 30 minutes. In fact, I called at 2p for a disc & they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes. I showed up over an hour later, & they couldn't find it, (or, forgot to make it) & I literally had to come back at 7p because they couldn't figure out what exactly needed to be on there since the previous disc received, wasn't working properly.
