I took my car to go get service; the service was a will alignment and two tiers I recently just found out while at people boys they gave the wrong tires size. I will be up there tomorrow to see how they can fix this

I took my car in for brakes. They got me in quickly and treated me with great customer service. They made me feel as if I was part of the family. They answered all my questions and concerns. Absolutely blown away by this place. I know the industry has a bad rap in general but these guys are nothing like the rest. I brought my car here based on a recommendation from a family member. My car needed a NYS inspection, oil change, tire rotation, new headlight bulb, leaky AC, etc. and they diagnosed all the problems quickly and gave me sucha great price I couldn’t believe it. I thought my car was on its last legs but they brought it back to tip top shape and now it’s running like a charm. The place is spotless and the customer service was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back and will recommend them any chance I get.

I give this place a 5 because they literally done alot of work on my car. They were very nice and explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong with the car . Chris is the Manger and he's a great guy so professional and helpful ?

This is the second time we brought one of our vehicles to Service Drive. All employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Above all (which is rare at this type of business) was their honesty. At no time did I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. I would feel safe having my wife go there without me. My car was towed there and they were accommodating and flexible getting me in asap. Diagnosed my oil leak and fixed it easily for a very reasonable price. 3 other places tried to charge me an insane amount to do the same thing, saying that they needed to replace whole parts in order to get to the leak. Absolutely blown away with the amazing service I received today! Jordan and Steve called me with unexpected repairs needed and got them done in a timely fashion for me. Steve even came out when I was paying to show me how badly I needed new brakes. The woman at the desk (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was also so kind. I’ve always had great experiences here when I went out of convenience since I live nearby, but I will definitely be going here out of preference in the future. Pricing was fair and customer service was extraordinary. Thank you so much!
