Had an appointment a month ago and they haven’t touched my vehicle, after 2 weeks I reached out and was told “van won’t start, haven’t gotten to it yet” (whole reason it was there)
zero communication throughput the whole process
Went in today (4 weeks now) asked what the issues were, I was told very arrogantly “you can just pick the van up…bye bye” when asked why it hasn’t been touched yet and was told once again “bye, bye”
Clearly a clubhouse for regulars, with no customer service skills…may be time to retire if you can’t handle basic communication

Have fixed my cars and my families cars! Have never had a issue and they always fix the issue on time. Friendly owners, and very knowledgeable.

They have a customer for life now. I called frantically after I discovered my engine splash guard was dragging and they got me in within 24 hours. Get the guard back on the car and explained the work done so I understood. This is 5 star service from start to finish! Thank you for your hard work and for your kindness, it means the world!

Everyone here is friendly. They helped me out when I got my oil change and needed my inspection that month. They informed me of the all the details I needed to fixe before it could pass. And when I came back it was a quick inspection.
