I have been going to Scruples for a couple of years. The owner Jen is great. She is very personable! My expectations are always met and she gives honest opinions when asked of her. She does a beautiful job in highlighting & cutting my hair. Although the color is a bit pricey and she prefers to take payments other than a bank card (fees) it is worth it if you want to leave with 100% satisfaction.

Great little, cozy, salon! Josephine is amazing! I leave very happy each time I get my hair done.

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. The staff was extremely rude to my 80 year old grandmother who has a medical condition, and was told that she is no longer welcome there because of it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Shame on them.

I went to Scruples for years before I moved to the Albany area, and I was sad to go! Kim has been cutting and styling the hair of my family members for years and years. If anyone in the Buffalo area needs a salon, I always recommend they check out Scruples. The staff are wonderful and they cut hair beautifully. Definitely check them out!
