This is the worst auto shop they charge you a lot of money, don't fix the problem, and then want to charge you even more for a problem they don't fix. I give them by 2010 dodge journey the charge me 821 dollar to change thermostat when I get back my vehicle it's still overheat I take it back there they going to tell me it's 2 thermostat and I must pay a next 1063 dollar to chage that lol so I would love to know what did I pay 821 dollar for please don't do any business with them they are the worst else you will regret.

Very friendly staff. They're very thorough in explaining the work to be done and what was done. Very reasonably priced. Order genuine parts and the labor was a fraction of what the dealership will cost. I highly recommend them. They have a customer for life.

The experience was great here. I got a call as soon as they checked it in. Found the problem and emailed me what was needed to be addressed. I enjoyed how I was able to easily navigate the proposed bill to figure what I wanted to address at the present moment. Then they called to let me know when the car was ready. It was over easy and quickly finished. Thank you!

They were out of loaners so one of the technicians gave me a ride to work. The receptionist & the technician were very nice. The prices are a little high though.

I took my car here and had some power steering lines replaced,there was a miscommunication and was frustrated with the issues. The owner Jeff reached out and was very transparent and explained a few things I didn’t understand-great customer service !! I will definitely use Scruggs in the future

Very thorough in their work. I went here because the regular shop I go to does not do anything dealing with transmissions. The
staff is friendly, and the print out with pictures of the things wrong, but if I am being honest, over priced.... Great shop if you are not on a budget. Would highly recommend the actual work and customer service!

I was having some issues with my 2017 Impala and was getting the run-around from other places. They encouraged me to find a place that could weld my exhaust where it had cracked at the catalytic converter which saved me significant $. They replaced my purge valve and got my car to pass inspection. Friendly professional service and a top notch establishment

Extremely reliable and trustworthy. Have you ever taken your car to a garage for something and walked out having paid for more than you took it in for? I've never left Scruggs thinking I've been had. Quite on the contrary-- this place has honest, skilled people. And the service is quick, too.
