The lady with white hair think she is working at brand name boutique and she is very rud with sharp looks. All the salvation army store sales clothes once a week a color and that includes the new clothes with tags but this store they have there own rules and not allowing that. They white hair lady cant see people buying new things for 99 cent and she over pricing them. I hate to go there because of that lady . I prefer to go the store on Niagara Falls boulevard, angels works there with there smiles specially fred and rose.

$10 for unbranded leggings, $8 for bleach stains and $9 for melted plastic pants Who's pricing this garbage? Disgusting that you've followed the price gouging trend on such obviously cheap and damaged items. This was the last good store left.

The lady thinks it’s a boutique and it’s not a boutique. The problem is when you’re handling clothing that has been donated. It should be separately put into the designated areas not T-shirts would button up that makes no common sense. The lady lady’s run s the place has a bad attitude remember that you’re running a thrift store not a corporate boutique. There’s a huge difference learn your market.

Greedy and over priced. 50$ for a used cut up purse? I can’t understand how they price things here. Super disappointed at the rate that they are going you could just go buy brand new clothes.

They staple price tags to clothes instead of using plastic clothing tags, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to remove the price tags without damaging the clothes when you get home. More expensive than Amvets.Nicely organized, nice staff. They resell damaged merchandise from Zara, but at 50% of retail price. Staff have been instructed that they must lie and call the Zara clothing "refurbished", although it is simply damaged or stained. The tears have not been mended, nor the wear or stains removed, and nothing was done to refurbish them, which the manager acknowledged too.
