This was my first visit to Ross eye Institute I was very impressed and happy with the professional and courteous treatment I received from Dr. Gutsin and I believe the lady that assisted me prior to seeing him, her name was Allison if I'm not mistaken. They both had a great sense of humor and answered all of my questions. I'm glad I chose this location.

It’s been a month without hearing back from my doctor via the patient portal. I have called twice regarding this same inquiry with no luck. When I do call, I have to do so on my lunch (since I work when they are open) and before offering to connect me to my doctor or leave him a message, the staff hassles me for a $15 bill that they mailed me over four months after my appointment, and after I requested that they send my records and remove my information as a patient due to such poor care, organization, and professionalism. I have confirmed with the billing office that I do NOT have a balance but they continue to ask me to pay the remainder. I told them I will do so once the doctor replies to my patient portal message (30 days and counting). Having worked in healthcare and health care offices, I’m appalled this place is still up and running. I could go on and on about their scheduling errors, paperwork mishandling, and misrepresentation of services but in short: go anywhere else for your eye care needs ♡

I was having eye issues & when I called they got me an appointment that same day. Benjamin Gutsin, O.D. was very friendly & knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing & answered all my questions. Great staff, place, & making me feel at ease Ross Eye Institute!
