Excellent and personal customer service. Felt guilty only going in for watch batteries, but Ryan is now my go to jeweler. He has turned me into a customer one battery at a time!

amazing! I needed a couple links removed from a gold bracelet. it only took a week and a day to be done. it cost only $20 which is an insanely great price! will definitely be returning
