Great experience. I am so happy that my research into getting a new hair stylist. Always a little nervous not knowing what to expect. I can’t say enough about Roots and Danielle. From the first entrance to the end was comfortable fun and enjoyable. Such a great experience. Danielle listened to what I wanted and made the styling and color beyond my expectations. By the time I left I was so comfortable it felt like it wasn’t my first experience. I highly recommend Roots you won’t regret the experience. Thanks Danielle for making me feel at home.

Taylor was awesome. I had not had my hair cut in several months and my hair was a mess. She listened to what I wanted and when I asked for suggestions she gave some good advice. I ended up walking out with a cute haircut and great highlights. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Taylor!

I'm always sceptic when I go to a new Hair stylist. I have baby hair and had many bad experiences in the past.Today I went to see Taylor Franzek and I'm as happy as I can be. She is amazing and I highly recommend her.The studios interior is just beautiful and the atmosphere was positive and friendly.I found my new go to place for anything hair related.100% positive. This salon is very upbeat which is what I look for on top of A+ service when spending the money I do on my hair. It is clean, even the bathroom (which is what I always look at) and everyone is extremely friendly. I see Hayley for my hair and she really is amazing. Always strikes a conversation and there is never a dull moment. It really passes the time when you have to be there for more than an hour. The products used are all fresh and I couldn’t be happier with my services!
