Terrible experience been calling and calling because I left a hamper in there , the owners are never in the actual facility and they never answer the phone. On top of this the machine stole 5 of my dollars which I also wanted to speak with owners about but no response. Go somewhere else if you can.

The machines are good, there aren't laundry carts to transfer your clothes from the washer to dryer. With the people in the area I'm not surprised if they were there in the past and "disappeared." So I'm giving 3 stars for those reasons including not really feeling safe in that area. I'm not familiar with riverside so maybe that's why I was uncomfortable. Even though I am from deep into the e.side.

I’d give less if I could. Put my money in the washer and it didn’t work or refund my $5.00 I just dropped in. Now I need 2 washing machines instead of just the one which is costing me more money that I DO NOT HAVE. I Left message at number listed from Google awaiting response. Please please don’t respond and watch me move! BBB AND CONSUMER LINE WILL BE CALLED NEXT.
